Van Darkholme

"Fuck you." ― Van Darkholme

A performance artist who likes to profile mankind's deepest, darkest fantasies. One half of the legendary Tag Team duo "The Gym".

Leader of the Deep, Dark Gym[edit | edit source]

"My name is Van. I'm thirty years old. And I'm from Japan. I'm an artist. I'm a performance artist. I'm hired for people to profile their fantasies. Their deep, dark fantasies. Was gonna be a movie star, you know with modeling and uh acting. After a hundred or two auditions and small parts, you know I decided you know I, I had enough. Then, I get into escort work. The clientele requested a lot a um fetishes, so I just decided to go um, you know full master and change my whole entire house into a dungeon. Um, dungeon master, you know with a full dungeon in my house and uh yep it's going really well." ― Van Darkholme
Van was the first one to challenge the legendary Lord of the Lockerroom. He beseeched his power to fulfill his deep dark fantasies, but in the end that was his defeat. From then on he decided he would forge his own path, delve into the deepest dungeons and darkest BDSM fantasies, and rule the world of Gachimuchi.

TFR/Season 1[edit | edit source]

Eventually, Van joined The Final Rumble to prove to everyone he was indeed the strongest dungeon master there is.

Van was one of the Bogs' agents during this time, although more than an agent he just agreed to do what they said a few times while seeking to become stronger and more famous in gachi, and probably a bigger dungeon.

Episode 3

On his debut, he was assigned a partner as a fellow Bog agent, a youth named Gold also seeking to become powerful, and they became The Gym.

The accomplished their goal and won the tournament and the TFR tag team titles on their inauguration.

Episode 4

In a tables match, he crosses paths with Aniki and defeats him, as expected of a dungeon master handling dungeon equipment.

Episode 5

Defeats even the demon hunter Dante, although seeing his record, it doesn't seem to be that special a feat.

Episode 6

He and Gold defend the titles from the so called masters of mystery.

Afterwards, he and Aniki fight again, this time on a proper match where he shows him the full extent of his fantasies, defeating the fellow gachi.

Episode 8

However, when Aniki teams up with his "friend" the dancer Ricardo, their gracious movements in the rings allow them to defeat The Gym together, becoming the new champions.

TFR/Season 2[edit | edit source]

<big>Fuck You!</big>

Being defeated, Van is determined to defeat his rival again and show just how mighty the power of the dungeon can be. Even without the Bogs, Gold has proven how effective their partnership is, and so together they continue their journey to become masters of slavery, human and animal alike.

Episode 5

Van teams up with two men to defeat The Butterflies.

Episode 7

Gets defeated by a priest whose deep, dark fantasies are greater than even Van's.

Episode 11

Van isn't happy about being dethroned by a bunch of pussy-ass investigators, and wants the belt that righteously belongs to The Gym. These pansy so called "Mystery Masters" aren't the masters of no dungeon. If Battler wants to be a master, his Deep Dark Fantasies can be fulfilled, and this time, a baldy won't fail any contracts, the fun begins and ends here.

Episode 12

Just like he promised, he takes the straps right out of the weakling detectives' hands, making dark fantasies reign supreme once again.

TFR/Season 3[edit | edit source]

The Gym are now once again champions, and Van will fulfill the deep dark fantasies of anyone willing to stand in his way, in the most gruesome way.

Episode 0

They get defeated by some quite guys who are already pretty deep, dark and edgy.

Episode 1

Gets defeated by a powerfully bald assassin who wanted to fulfill his dark fantasy over his rival whom Van already defeated.

Episode 2

Gets challenged by Donte for a shot at the titles and manages to defeat Van.

With the strange time revisiting, Van went and fought his master once again, and confirmed he indeed grew stronger than him.

Episode 5

Back to the present, Van and Gold defend the titles from Donte, who comes with his "dad" since Vorgin is lost.

Episode 6

However, they get defeated by the assassin team of Killer2. They fought almost as if they were the same person...

TFR/Season 4[edit | edit source]

Van was one of the wrestlers who participated in Dark Matches through the season in the Universe 2K19

Episode 10

Participated in a match before the coming of The Final Impact.

TFR/Season 5[edit | edit source]

Feeling he has become much stronger, he broke up The Gym since their title loss since Gold was weighting him down. Van takes a more solo approach, and Gold disappears to "go on a journey".

Episode 3

Faces the suplexmaster Fred Jones and defeats him.

Episode 5[edit | edit source]

Aniki greets Van, the latter who wonders what's with the sudden friendliness. Aniki admits it's pretty lonely since Ricardo left for the "conference" and thinks of throwing a party at Ram Ranch, and Van thinks of bringing his camp there if that's the case. Whatever the case, Aniki warns him that his opponent on his championship match is shady, and offers to help. Vans tells him to do whatever he wants, but the help will come in handy.

However, he is once again defeated by the deep, dark priest, whose will to fulfill is unmoving.

TFR/Season 6[edit | edit source]

Van joins the Order of the Locker Room and tries to be nicer... by offering more fistings.

Episode 1

Offers Rean to show him in his pre-match stretches, but he passes to search for that silver-haired girl.

Participates in the rumble to become 5th Master of the Order of the Locker Room, but he's the very first to come out.

Episode 3

Has a 'friendly' match with Rance offering to give him deep dark fantasy lessons if he were to lose. Gene seems interested though...

Episode 4[edit | edit source]

When the Backstage Uprising rioters invade TFR, Aniki finds Van and he asks for help to stop them together... but... seeing these people fulfill their deep, dark fantasies... he can feel the the desire well up within them... and it is his duty as dungeon master to aid them... no, more than that, he wants to... and if Aniki were to get in the way... he'll stop him.

Aniki fends off Van, and goes on to help the rest of the locker room.

Van escapes with BANS with the rest of the rioters and invaders before RUMBLE-17 begins, lamenting his nature called him to abandon Aniki but not looking back.

Episode 10[edit | edit source]

12 years in the future, The Dungeon has become one of the premier resting places for BANS' Army, and Van himself is a distinguished member among them since unleashing his innermost fantasies, becoming as powerful and ♂merciless♂ on the outside as his inner self always desired him to be.

When invading The Factory to burn it down with explosives for inhibiting desires, Aniki appears in his path since his friends are still inside, but Van doesn't give a damn about them. Aniki wonders what happened to him, but Van had decided that before this world could put an end to him, he would put an end to it first.

However, Aniki can't bring himself to let him die either, since he's all that's left to him since Ricardo's gone, even if Van had betrayed him... but Van just sees his words a pitiful, something Ricardo would be ashamed of. When Aniki gets angry, the guard Joshua Graham shows up... but it turns out to be a disguise of a familiar face. Gold had survived alone all those years and even the rumbling, and had become a "beastmaster". More than that, the hardest thing yet was returning and learning what had become of Van.

But, Van only stopped being a Master of the Locker Room because he had to destroy it himself, annihilate all who fail. That's why they tried to take over TFR, why he came to destroy this factory... and even why he destroyed The Gym.

Van has acquired too much power even for the fully accomplished Pokemon Master. Before he takes him out, Aniki notices the camera footage of Wesker Bravo and Boomer taking away with all the Dimes. Van makes away after having wasted his time, and Gold rejects to join The Final Resistance choosing to keep wandering instead.

Episode 14

Van participates in the match for MITB in the Coolsville Arena.

Episode 16

Van teams up with the now chaotically aligned Mark Wolff against Aniki and Gold, and Van singlehandedly defeats both of them.

TFR/Season 0[edit | edit source]

Van Darkholme is the Master of his very own Dungeon, where he makes anyone's Deep, Dark Fantasies come true, if you have the right money that is. He's part of the staff of the Eden of Coolsville, which is where his dungeon is located.

Episode 1

Receives a very special private client, known for not frequenting such places. Audiences doesn't count as privacy violation apparently.

He also bought an entire ranch with his gachi money.

Episode 3

Impressed by his display of POWER, the manager of Eden, Vergil, is caught off-guard by Extra's audition, and although he may get back some day, he welcomes Extra. Van shows up stating that he will be his supervisor since, as part of the deal, Extra will have to work at the hostess club as well. Now Extra is the one caught off-guard, as Van tells him to go into his dungeon to get changed up. Intimidated, Extra rushes out saying he needs to talk with his boss, while Van calls his slave ass back. Meanwhile, Vergil tells the staff it can leave, while he'll stay to take care of... important matters.

Episode 4

Follows that new slave material ready to teach him all about his dungeon, when he encounters a guy with such a muscular body that he can't help but scout him.

Episode 7

While his business partner Dan discusses his latest haul of feet pics obtained from his van, Date Kaname bursts from a door with Piers Nivans following soon after.

Episode 8

Defeated, Date and Piers are about to suffer the full power of Man With The Van's 300 bucks course for free, but Chris Redfield shows up and they flee into Dan's Van.

Episode 11

After fleeing, they reunite on their center of operations with their leader Heavyweight only to find out they've been cut from the Shimano Family's connections, and soon enough Redfield, Nivans and Date arrive. Heavyweight orders his men to go all out, while Date tries to hold him down.

Chris and Piers stop his henchmen, but Heavyweight is able to use his stocky build to go over Date. However, having exerted all resistance that he could, Heavyweight gives up since they don't even have a reason to fight anymore. Chris breaks into a rage and punches him while asking incoherent questions like if they've dealt with any strange material lately (which Date is very interested about), but Piers gets him to calm down, and Chris offers him a deal: If he reveals information about the steel case, he won't be in the same cell as the 7 criminals from the night of 1992; Heavyweight however never saw any cases, and Shimano would have taken it from him even if he had it. Heavyweight tries to escape prison, but Ooishi arrives by a myriad of police officers and takes him to the station, while Katsuya stays and gathers witness testimonies.

Episode 13

Van holed himself in his Dungeon ever since, hiding as Dungeonman and neverminding the fact that the upper levels of Chuck's were destroyed and became ruins. Aniki visits the dungeon while former workers gather outside the ruins to pay their respects, and is attacked by Van.

Episode 14

Meanwhile, having learned of Hazz Maticus' true intentions, Leon Kennedy and Fred Jones inform Kiryu's friends and along The Cagist, Date Kaname and Suou Katsuya arrive to the top of Coolsville Hills in an helicopter, just after Hazz is done explaining how he hid his past in his son, artificially aged himself, and faked his own death. Before Hazz can end Kiryu, Leon and Fred drop down and confront him, as Kiryu is taken away in the helicopter. Hazz's presidential guard of 4 S.W.A.T. Members challenges them, but, they are mowed down by the paranormal patrol, and at last Hazz fights them directly with the S.W.A.T. Captain. Despite all this power, his plan, his gun, and his complex old age, Hazz couldn't stop Leon and Fred from ending his reign and saving China, not only because they had apple juice and a dilapidated van, but comrades by their side; Kiryu Kazuma... Suou Katsuya... Date Kaname... Shoji Shingo... Majima Goro and his brother... Warden Osborne... Officer Joe... Osama bin Laden... Kasai Tatsuyoshi... Van Darkholme... The Cagist... Hanyuu... Extra... Vergil... Dante... HUNK... Zagreus... Ryback, Chris Masters, Sheamus... Narihisago Akihito... Zoomer... Tomitake Jirou... Hassan and Kojima... Chuck... and Gregory Edgeworth... all irreplaceable people whose bonds have carried them to defeat him.

TFR/Season 7[edit | edit source]

The master of the dungeon himself, Van is ready to fulfill anyone's deep dark fantasies in the center of the ring. He also teams up with Gold, a youth who wants to become master of a gym someday too.

Episode 2/TFR[edit | edit source]

Ricardo gets booked against Van and the two wonder how they have never fought against one another for so long. Van wants to hurry since he has a client to teach a few things to, but then Raiden shows up talking about a "gym level", brazilian babes and goth BDSM girls. Ricardo wonders if that's his clients, but despite being not, he has some dark fantasies to be take of as well.

Episode 3/TFR

The Gym faces off against Maximillion Pegasus and Kotomine Kirei for the titles contendership, but they win in a way almost as if the other team wanted to lose...

Episode 4/TFR

They face the sons of sperdo but they can't defeat their fuckerkicks and fuckercuts.

Episode 7/TFR

The Gym faces off against some rejecters of the dungeon, and defeat them to progress further into tournament qualifications.

Episode 8/TFR

However, they are defeated after being fully dosed by Doctor Piccolo.

The Extinct Light[edit | edit source]

As Dungeonman, continues being a force to be reckoned with any time anyone dares to trespass into the domain of his dungeon.

Episode 2

"Dungeon Master" Van Darkholme participates in the Berserker Brawl tournament in Pool C.

Somehow, this fucking hands slave resisted all his moves and managed to pin him... fucking slaves.

TFR/Season 8[edit | edit source]

As his dungeon style is too hardcore for AEW or the indies, continues dishing punishment on TFR.

Episode 1

Fights with legends of the ring he's known for a long while.

Episode 2

Either because poor luck or sheer incompetence, those imports from Japan have kept the King of Jobbers title... yet it's also made it as valuable as ever despite making it the butt of a bad joke, so after talking with some "investors", Roger Retinz has set a high price on Ricky Bobby's head, and whoever puts him down will walk away a rich man. For his outstanding performance recently, Van Darkholme will be given the first title shot.

During the match, Ricky was surprisingly helped by Dutch van der Linde and Colombo Spice... but then, even more puzzling is that when the match was about to begin, Chris Redfield and his Therapist came to Van's ringside as well.

Ricky would once again mock TFR by defeating the opponent by ring-out.

Episode 3

Yet, for the interference and other events, Van would be given an immediate rematch.

When Van and Ricky are done with their entrances and about to begin the match, a transmission hijacks the titantron and streams, and in it appears Dutch van der Linde. He says it's a crying shame they banned them from ringside, but there's plenty idiots backstage who think it's smart to molest other people's business, and he's gonna teach one of them a lesson in Ricardo; if he can survive that is, and Aniki is unfortunately taking a day off so he won't be able to come to the fun. Van runs away from the match, but Therapist, watching from the corridor, worries he won't make it and runs to the backstage, only for Colombo to block his attack and order Red to 'do it', plunging Ricardo from the elevated floor of the parking area as Therapist cries out, and then Colombo punishes the 'hero' by throwing him from the platform to a nasty fall into a searchlight.

Back at the ring, Ricky is about to win by count-out when he's illegally attacked by Elias Samson, likely a desperate attempt at the bounty, and officially retains the title once again.

Episode 4

Van didn't make it in time, and for that, Ricardo and Therapist... he apologizes to Billy. But Aniki believes he should've been the one to not abandon Ricardo, and no matter how long it takes, he knows Ricardo will return to the ring, so instead he thanks Van for abandoning his big opportunity for the friend of a rival. At the end of the day, Aniki might not be a dungeon master, but they still represent the same artform, and as a man he has Van's utmost respect; but Dutch's gang? he wants to hurt them beyond the limits and confines of their art for what they did. Besides, they didn't just hurt them, but also Chris... Aniki saw him storming out of the office and the arena almost taking the door with him, looking a weird mix of furious and sad he'd never seen before. Deciding that enough is enough, Van decides the locker room needs to fight back at once and to make them pay, but Aniki can't bear to see him put himself in danger, he can't lose him too... so instead, they'll copy their enemies and go with a plan: they'll show those little puppies what a real Wolff can do!
