Description

The group of followers who wants to see Todd Howard succeed in his attempt to gain ultimate power, take over TFR, and bring forth the Howard Reality.

All members of the group are Mind-Linked to Todd in a mutually beneficial exchange of powers, increasing Todd's power and equalizing the strength of his his minions. Uwilling victims, however, have most of their strength sapped away with the link.

History

Season 1

After the defeat of The Bogdanoffs, they set up the stage for the arrival of their business partner, Todd Howard.

Off-Season 1

In the alternate universe where The Bogdanoffs manage to take over TFR and enact CRAB-17, the world is thrust into chaos and Todd's partnership with the Bogs goes unfulfilled. Instead, he begrudgingly joins X-COM in fighting the alien threat so he can recover a world where his game can be enjoyed and force extraterrestrials to buy Skirym. Eventually, Todd is KIA, and the memories of his death reach TFR's world Todd.

Season 2

Indulging into the occult forces of gamebryo thanks to his change of perspective from his newfound memories, he discovers his demon powers and the Mind-Link. He forges a plan to reach the Ultimate Power, and recruits followers that will conform the Order of Todd with the final objective of reaching the power that will allow him to bend reality to his will.

After defeating Chris Redfield in a surprise attack backstage, A hooded Todd appears behind Leon S. Kennedy to injure him and disappear, but not before secretly using the Mind-Link to sap his perfectly aryan power as well.

Vergil, intrigued by this new power he possesses, inquires into the source of his power before Todd shows himself, and sends out his first minion, the dreaded Janitor, to test Vergil. After witnessing his talent, he subdues the weakened devil and vanishes, eventually turning him into his minion Nelo Angelo. Redfield's Therapist tries to call out Todd directly, but he hijacks the transmission to announce how he's using Leon and Chris' minds to maintain his power and has attained a new form as Nightmare Todd, and sends his next minion, Fargoth, to confront the therapist instead but is defeated, with the apparent connotation of Fargoth leaving Todd's side. The rapist then tries to negotiate for peace, but Nelo Angelo appears before such worthless schum and tosses him aside.

When Dante and V are partying, they are attacked by Janny and Fargoth, who had never left Todd's side, as the backstage assaults continues. And meanwhile this has the locker room distracted as part of his plan, Todd had already gone to Hell and not only claimed a powerful caged beast to grant him more power, but he had fought his way through Demon Tree Qliphoth and claimed its Sin Fruit, obtaining the ultimate power and reaching his final form: Demon King Todd.

After witnessing power stronge enough to change the world, Adachi Tohru pledges his allegiance to Todd to obtain the strength he seeks. Entinced by Ruber after Maximillion Pegasus rejects his plans, Dutch van der Linde also joins Todd for the sake of his plan. Fred and Nero try to confront Todd alone, but both times The Order sent them to the hospital. While The Order was becoming stronger, Nelo Angelo is restored by V's sacrifice, and Vergil defects from Todd's side, revealing to the world and newly formed Anti-Todd Force his weakness: it is not true strength what powers Todd, but crystal pillars he stands on; by defeating his minions he will fall with them.

Despite being aware he is being hunted, he is focused on his task of reshaping reality on his castle in The Throat of the World, and will make a single gamble: releasing the terrible caged beast of hell, a beast so strong it could destroy him as well. However, before Todd could utilize it, the enemy commander Erwin Smith sets the beast free, sacrificing his life to distract it and setting him free from the Mind-Link.

During the war, Dutch, Ruber, The Janitor's Mind-Links all were shattered, taking part of Todd's powers away, upon which point finally Dante and Vergil arrived to his lair and made quick work of his fake power. In the end, Vergil's Yamato divided his human and demon halves; the human falling into a coma, and the demon escaping into Hell to plan his revenge.

The Order of Todd's plan was stopped and its members disbanded, save for their most fanatical followers.

Season 3

Before Demon Todd could enact his revenge, Doomguy descended to hell and hunt him down, leaving only human Todd as the sole hope for The Order's return.

Season 5

Janny and Fargoth return to teaming up in order to fund Todd's treatment.

Season 6

After 12 years of rumors about his whereabouts, Todd wakes up from his coma and regains his demon powers, setting out on a path of conquest.
