"I... am watching to see if this world should be destroyed or not. If all I see is […] the demon king in the future... then the answer is obvious."
― Kadoya, to Tsukuyomi
The main character of Kamen Rider: Decade, a guy who travels dimensions and appears as a normal person in them. Kamen Rider lore is hard.
An orphan, he and his sister Sayo were in the care of the family's butler, Nobuhiko Tsukikage. Sayo was scared of the outside world, which manifested her abilities to open "Dimensional Walls" to other worlds, which Tsukasa used to travel, annoying his sister as she was all alone without him. At some point his constant use of the walls had him gain the same ability as his sister. His constant travels across Kamen Rider worlds lead the villains of respective worlds to notice it and form the Dai-Shocker multiversal evil organisation, appointing Tsukasa as Great Leader of Dai-Shocker, and making the Decadriver and Ride Booker for him. However, one year later his abuse of Dimensional Walls slowly made him lose his memory until he became totally amnesiac when he arrived in the World of Natsumi.
He meets Natsumi Hikari, a girl who had been seeing him in her dreams, before accidentally opening a Dimensional Wall, and she is sent to a pocked dimension and attacked by several Kaijin. In his pocket dimension, he meets Wataru Kurenai, who addressing him as "Decade", tells him his world is ending and needs help. Natsumi finds the Decadriver that he had lost due to his amnesia, and after he meets with her, gives it to him, and proceeds to transform into Kamen Rider: Decade. After helping in Wataru's world, he and Natsumi return to their own world to find it being destroyed by Kaijin. Wataru arrives and uses all his power to put the world into stasis, and assigns Tsukasa to the task of travelling all of the "Nine Worlds" and help each's Kamen Riders.
As a police officer, Tsukasa meets the world's Rider, Yusuke Onodera who battles the Gurongi and learns that that someone is disseminating rumors across the Worlds about him as the World Destroyer. After reconciling with Yusuke, the two stop the Gurongi from taking over the world.
As a violinist, Tsukasa encounters younger Wataru, helping the boy realize his role as King of the Fangire Race to maintain the peaceful coexistence of the human and Fangire races while defeating the Beetle Fangire: Wataru's father and the former King.
Tsukasa defends the framed Natsumi in a murder case and solves it with the aid of Shinji Tatsumi. The true villain, Kamata is revealed to have been an Undead all along and is taken by Narutaki, a person protected by an aura who travels the world telling of Tsukasa coming to destroy them, to the World of Blade after his defeat.
As chief waiter under the BOARD Corporation, Tsukasa works with Kazuma Kendate to uncover the conspiracy between Kamata and BOARD's CEO, Kamen Rider Chalice, to take over the world through the Joker card.
As a student of the Smart Brain High School, Tsukasa crosses paths with a man he saw at the World of Blade who knows him, Daiki Kaito. Though Kaito warns him to stay out of his affairs, Tsukasa finds Faiz after confronting the Lucky Clover group, learning that he is Takumi Ogami.
As a postman, he reads a discarded letter meant for Shouichi Ashikawa, making it his goal to protect Ashikawa from the Unknown for the sake of Toko Yashiro, the writer of the letter. With Yusuke Onodera's help, Tsukasa succeeds in having Shouichi achieve the necessary state of mind needed to complete his evolution to Agito before reuniting him with Yashiro.
Tsukasa becomes Den-O under the possession of an Imagin(originally beings from the distant future who lost their physical forms due to an event in the past erasing their own time, becoming dependent on the memories of others in order to survive), before forcing him into Yusuke Odonera's body. Here, he learns that some unknown force is changing the past as he is fought by the other Taros possessing Natsumi's body who believe Decade to be the source. Learning the Imagin possessing Yusuke is named Momotaros, Tsukasa finds him and helps him regain his physical form as they defeat the Alligator Imagin. Believing their adventures with Den-O to be over, only to learn the identity of the true culprits for Den-O World's time distortions, they prepare to travel to the World of Kabuto until the Swan Imagin Sieg comes into the Hikari Studio. With Sieg's help, Tsukasa and company travel with the DenLiner crew back in time to fight the Oni Rider Brothers, Mimihiko and Kuchihiko, before returning to the present time in the World of Kabuto.
In a ZECTrooper role, after witnessing TheBee and Gattack's fight against one of the alien lifeforms Worms, Tsukasa brings Arata to the Photo Studio where he finds a Salis Worm that had mimicked him. After the impostor is exposed, the Worm is killed by Kabuto when it attempted to kill a girl named Mayu whose brother was believed to have been killed by Kabuto. Although it seemed that TheBee's user, Sou Otogiri, is her brother, Tsukasa felt something was not right. After learning that Mayu herself is a Worm, both his meeting with her grandma and learning the full nature of the Kabuto Capture Plan allow him to get the full story. Arriving to Mayu's aid, Tsukasa helps Kabuto, Mayu's real brother Souji, in defeating Otogiri in his true identity, the Phylloxera Worm.
Tsukasa meets and encounters an Oni in training named Asumu. From there, believed to be the Great Master of Ongekidō (音撃道 Ongekidō) style, Tsukasa meets the three masters of the Ongekidō Styles before being pulled into a ploy by Daiki Kaito to rob the two Oni masters Ibuki and Zanki, worsening when they are attacked by the Makamou Gyuki until Akira and Todoroki drive the beast off. Supporting their intent to end the rivalry among their schools, Tsukasa convinces Ibuki and Zanki to pass the torch.
With the journey over, Tsukasa and the others of the Hikari Studio return to what appears to be Natsumi's world to find it back to normal as if it was not plagued by the monsters. Despite being in a perfect world that he has earned, according to Otoya Kurenai, it is revealed that it is only a parallel version of their own world where the monsters have taken over and killed all but a few humans.
After being tested by Otoya Kurenai, Tsukasa gains the K-Touch after turning down Otoya's offer to live in a world of lies, using Decade: Complete Form to combat the Dark Riders. Tsukasa defeats Ryuga, Orga and Dark Kabuto with the finisher of Ryuki Survive, Faiz Blaster and Kabuto Hyper. Knowing that their journey is not really over, after Natsumi drops the next background the Hikari Studio group heads to the next world
Arriving in the Kaito's Homeworld, he encounters Shin and Haruka, Kamen Riders Lance and Larc, fighting a Darkroach. He learns that Daiki Kaito is the lackey of the evil Fourteen who brainwashed the inhabitants of the World of Diend to believe that Kamen Riders are evil, having unknowingly given up his brother to Fourteen. He and Daiki team up to defeat Fourteen but Daiki's brother Junichi Kaito, Kamen Rider Glaive, who was not brainwashed but accepting of Fourteen's peaceful world. He teaches the two brothers that they have to protect each other, no matter what.
Tsukasa learns that his lack of knowledge is due to the world not having any Kamen Riders as he witnesses the Shinkengers drive off the Nanashi. Curious about them, Tsukasa uses his guise to learn more about them and their world before fighting the Ayakashi, Chinomanako, who stole the Diendriver from Daiki. He realizes that the monster is the reason why he is in this world as Chinomanako escapes and becomes the world's first Kamen Rider. He attempts to fight the Chinomanako but is stopped by Narutaki saying that his actions will only bring doom to the world. After being given the advice to do the right thing by Hikoma Kusakabe, Decade later helps the Shinkengers with the card revealing to be the Rekka Daizantou which he uses to destroy Chinomanako alongside Shinken Red using the Blade Blade. As Tsukasa and Yusuke are welcomed home by Eijiro and Natsumi, assuring Tsukasa that the Photo Studio is his home no matter what, they enter a new A.R. World.
Being mistaken as Joe the Haze when he changes clothes, Tsukasa is attacked by Schwarian and his Chap minions while meeting Kotaro Minami himself. Decade then finds out that Dai-Shocker is in this world planning to conquer it. Decade teams up with RX to help fend off the assault on this world. Eventually the Security Chief of Dai-Shocker, Guy the Apollo Geist drains Natsumi's life through his Perfector ending up in a hospital and Tsukasa desperate to revive her. Decade learns of Apollo Geist and the Perfector from Kaito and goes off to find him, but Kaito also has his agenda of retrieving the device. Decade, with assistance from RX, battles Geist but Guy leaves through a dimension wall. Tsukasa follows him in pursuit but ends up in Kamen Rider BLACK's World with no way out.
BLACK attacks Decade after he mistakes him for RX's Kotaro Minami. Decade refuses to fight and Diend appears to stop BLACK. They retreat and Decade continues his search for Guy. As Ryukihe fights him and saves a child, gaining BLACK's trust in the process and teaming up with him. They come across Geist and the newly recruited Schwarian, although Guy escapes through a dimensional wall. BLACK uses "King Stone Flash" to help Tsukasa get back to RX's world through the wall. Decade re-encounters the RX Kotaro and finds Guy. His card is revealed to be a Kamen Rider BLACK card but Diend uses it instead and the two Kotaros transform and fight Geist and Schwarian. Decade is able to get the Perfector but Diend steals it and runs away. Decade then destroys Schwarian with Agito's powers while the two BLACKs force Geist into retreating.
At the hospital Kaito hands over the Perfector, saying that there are other treasures that he has already taken from this world and there are always more to get from other worlds. Kaito takes his leave telling Tsukasa to save his friend. Decade uses the Perfector to drain part of his life and implant it into Natsumi reviving her. Before leaving, Tsukasa tells Kotaro that Joe the Haze is helping his counterpart. But Kotaro is not saddened by it, knowing that Joe will be with him in spirit.
When Tsukasa enters Amazon's world he immediately sees that Dai-Shocker has taken over this world and is attacked by some of the monsters from different worlds. Amazon appears suddenly and helps Decade fight them but before a finishing blow could be done the people intervened convinced by Dai-Shocker that riders are destroyers forcing them to retreat.
They run into Kaito again where he explains his plan to steal Amazon's GiGi armlet's counterpart, the GaGa armlet which is unfortunately owned by the Ten-Faced Demon Llumu Qhimil, Dai-Shocker's designated ruler of the World of Amazon. Llumu sends out Masahiko Okamura to reveal the Rider's location by faking an attack by the Dai-Shocker foot soldiers and gaining their trust. Apollo Geist appears once more fighting Decade demanding his Perfector but Decade destroys it instead. The fight goes on until Masahiko steals the GiGi armlet after Dai-Shocker turns on him.
With Dai-Shocker now aware of where the Riders might go the gang goes to a nurse's office at Shocker School where Tsukasa finds a picture of Masahiko and his family before his father passed away. They are then driven off by Masahiko's older sister and the Dai-Shocker foot soldiers. They quickly come up with a plan to retrieve the GiGi armlet after Masahiko turned it over to them and was put up to be the first in the Humanity-to-Monster Project. He is saved by Tsukasa and Yusuke in disguise as foot soldiers and explains what happened. As they go out and retrieve the GiGi Armlet Amazon joins the fight against Llumu Qhimil, while Diend successfully obtains the GaGa Armlet during the battle. However this is short-lived as Tsukasa uses the armlet for himself through the use of his new card until giving it to Amazon who delivers the final blow to Llumu with Super Big Slice. Amazon is then adopted into Masahiko's family and the gang returns to the photo shop to find Diend sitting there and he proposes that he go with them.
The Hikari Family Studio ends up in a world which is discovered to be Tsukasa's home world, the World of Decade, where Tsukasa meets his sister Sayo Kadoya and starts a tournament to find the strongest Rider to save the world after hearing he must be the one to do so by Nobuhiko Tsukikage, Sayo's butler.
Tsukasa wins and it is revealed that he was the Great Leader of Dai-Shocker. But the victory is short lived as Nobuhiko is revealed to be Shadow Moon and Sayo as Priestess Bishium takes control of Yusuke through the Stone of Earth to attack Tsukasa as part of revenge for abandoning her, despite not knowing the truth. Tsukasa is left alone as even his friends abandoned him. He is later encountered by Joji Yuki a former scientist for Dai-Shocker that wanted payback by Tsukasa for doing said punishment to him. Later he realizes that Tsukasa is no longer affiliated with Dai-Shocker and fights Dai-Shocker as Riderman, as Tsukasa moves away.
Tsukasa joins in the fight against Dai-Shocker starting with the fight against General Jark. He and all of the Kamen Riders from the Showa and Heisei Era fight Dai-Shocker destroying Ambassador Hell and Doctor Shinigami as Garagaranda and Ikadevil respectively. Later Decade fights the Bishium-controlled Kuuga Rising Ultimate but realizing he's talking with his sister, he convinces Sayo that Nobuhiko is only using her to further his goals. Sayo knowing the error of her ways destroys the Stone of Earth, freeing Yusuke. With the stone destroyed Shadow Moon fights Decade and Kuuga Rising Ultimate overpowering them until Double shows up and flings him to Dai-Shocker's castle. Tsukasa along with all of the other riders destroy Shadow Moon with the All Rider Kick. After Shadow Moon and the castle is destroyed, King Dark appears. Diend summons J and uses the Decade Final Form Ride to turn Decade into the Jumbo Decadriver and turns J into Decade Complete Jumbo Formation destroying King Dark. Tsukasa later makes amends with Sayo and leaves with the Hikari Studio.
The Hikari Studio heads to the next world which will be the site where all the riders are supposed to be; "The Rider War World". It is the same place that Natsumi saw when she had her dream about the war. The Rider War World is Decade's undoing as he witnesses both Kamen Riders Blade and Kiva lead Rider armies against each other. Tsukasa and Yusuke try to keep both sides from killing each other and find that the Fangire Queen, Yuki, has married Guy who becomes Super Apollo Geist. With this new enemy Tsukasa destroys Yuki with Ryuki Survive's abilities and the rest of the Fangire and Undead armies with help from Kazuma Kendate and Wataru Kurenai. Unfortunately Super Apollo Geist uses his powers to make the worlds merge with Kazuma and Garren disappearing, and Geist kidnaps Natsumi. He is then confronted by Kazuma Kenzaki, the original Kamen Rider Blade.
Decade finally finds out why the worlds are merging and it is because of Decade himself, as his power was uniting the world and slowly fusing them. Kenzaki tranforms and assumes King Form, Decade is quickly defeated. Decade returns to the photo studio injured and finds out that every picture he took in the other worlds are completely blank because they are nearly gone. Decade heads out to follow Kiva-la and is confronted by Hibiki and Kiva who fight him. The two Riders were talked into helping Kenzaki save their own worlds. Kuuga saves Decade while he deals with Geist.
Decade catches up to Geist who has brought back all the different monsters he fought in the different worlds. Decade is quickly overwhelmed by too many enemies but with Kuuga, Hibiki, Kiva, and Diend he manages to drive the creatures back. Decade immediately fights Geist who has become very powerful with his super mode. Diend hands Decade his Kamen Ride Card and with the power of Diend the two annihilate Geist. Decade is exhausted and collapses with Kiva and Hibiki finally fading away because their worlds no longer exist. Decade is taken to the place where it all, started the place where he met the original Wataru. Wataru explains that Tsukasa messed up his job and says that he and the others will fight him as he transforms into Kiva. Decade is again transported to the War world where the original Riders appear and Kuuga becoming Ultimate Form to fight Decade due to Kiva-la. Diend aims his gun directly at Decade's head at point blank range. With that the Rider War begins.
Despite being unwillingly the Destroyer of Worlds, Tsukasa accepted his role and turns into Violent Emotion Decade, destroying all Riders and began turning them into cards. He was assisted by Yuriko Misaki who reminded him of himself and could transform into Electro-Wave Human Tackle. He was later confronted by Natsumi who has become Kamen Rider Kiva-la to stop his rampage. Before Tsukasa died, after voluntarily letting her kill him, he gave Natsumi the Kamen Ride Cards and told her that as long as people remember the Riders they would never disappear.
Natsumi and Kaito learnt from Wataru Kurenai of Decade's role as the destroyer and connector of worlds, as Tsukasa would destroy the Riders he would connect the other worlds preventing their collapse and does anything he was needed for as a hero or a villain to finish the Rider's story. He himself however had no story and with his task complete Decade was gone forever. Despite this, Natsumi found a way to revive him through the use of a picture and the A.R. Riders' memories, and Tsukasa was resurrected. Tsukasa and the gang along with other Riders fought against Super Shocker receiving more help from Kamen Rider Double. With Double's Final Form Ride and Final Attack Ride, he and Double destroyed Ultimate-D, Super Shocker's most powerful monster.
He was last seen with his friends posing for a picture after the battle while continuing his adventures across the A.R. Worlds.
Doctor G resurrected all of the villains and reforms Dai-Shocker to destroy all the Super Sentai, but is defeated and turns out to be none other than NArutaki, then escapes.
"You want to become a king, right? But, that will never happen. I will destroy this world before you will."
― Tsukasa, warning Sougo Tokiwa
Tsukasa came to Zi-O's world presumably before the events of the series upon discovering irregular time distortions which were caused by Swartz and the Time Jackers, in which he allied himself with them to discover the origins of the distortions. Frustrated by Sougo Tokiwa's insistence upon befriending Geiz Myokoin, Woz allied himself with the Time Jackers and introduced them to Tsukasa, calling him a potential rival to Zi-O's reign but also a very capricious man. He first appeared using the power of Kamen Rider Agito to prevent Takeru Tenkuuji from catching Another Ghost, causing the Mysterious Phenomenon Institute to mistakenly blame Sougo and capture him. The next day, Tsukasa again intervened to protect Another Ghost, attacking Geiz and convincing him that Agito was allied with the Time Jackers.
Tsukasa intervened again the next day, fighting Zi-O and Geiz as Agito and later Kamen Rider Hibiki, which gave Another Ghost the opportunity to try and steal Sougo's soul. However, Takeru used his supernatural abilities to keep the Another Rider from absorbing the soul, leaving Sougo in a ghost-like state. Ora then asks Tsukasa if he desires to be a king, in which Tsukasa is not interested. It is then revealed that Tsukasa already has the Decade Ridewatch.
Tsukasa was soon back in action as Ora asked him to prevent Geiz from defeating Another Ghost in 2015, telling him to ride on her Time Mazine which Tsukasa told her that there was no need to rush as he used his dimension travel ability. Initially interfering with Geiz as Decade Ryuki, he soon transformed into Kamen Rider Ghost, and defeated Geiz. He took Geiz's Ghost Ridewatch and nullified it into a Blank Ridewatch. But for an unknown reason, he gave his Decade Ridewatch to Geiz with "an exchange" as his reason.
During the final fight against Another Ghost, Tsukasa only watched the fight. Woz asked calmly why he didn't join in which Tsukasa replied that he had understood Sougo enough. Tsukasa is also both confused and agitated by Woz's celebration announcement, to the point that he briefly stole Woz's Great Calamity Coming Calendar which annoys Woz. That night after the fight, Decade came to 9 5 DO, eating Sougo's dinner. Tsukasa introduced himself to Junichiro, Tsukuyomi and Sougo and takes a photo of Sougo. He then proceeds to tell Sougo that it's impossible for Sougo to become the Demon King as he would destroy the world before Sougo even became one before leaving.
During the battle against Kasshin, Tsukasa reveals himself to Sougo as both transform into their Rider forms. During the battle, Decade transforms into Kamen Rider Build as Zi-O transforms into DecadeArmor Build Form. Decade tells Sougo to go to the Year 2068 by using a Dimensional Wall to see Sougo's future self, Oma Zi-O.
Decade joins Kasshin in a battle against Zi-O and Geiz. During the battle, Decade transforms into Kamen Rider Wizard to counter Geiz in WizardArmor. As Zi-O and Geiz are fighting Kasshin, Decade suddenly leaves the scene.
As Heure revealed to Swartz, Tsukasa had told him about the Mirror World, and that he would find the Dark Shinji there. With this knowledge, Heure opened a gateway to the Mirror World and formed a contract with the Dark Shinji, transforming him into Another Ryuga. Mirror World 2019
Tsukasa appears again in the year 2009 as a bus driver, that transported a young Sougo Tokiwa and Hiryu Kakogawa. After Swartz causes the bus to go out of control and escapes with the children, Tsukasa escapes through a Dimensional Wall with Tsukuyomi from the exploding bus. The Beginning of Everything 2009
From there, they were transported to a near future where a Dai Mazine is destroying the city and they witness Swartz select the young Sougo as a candidate to be king. Tsukasa then explains to Tsukuyomi that his objective is to observe all the happenings, and whether he'll fulfill his role to destroy this world.
With the appearance of Ginga and Kamen Riders appearing alongside their Another Rider counterparts due to a fracture in the space-time continuum, Tsukasa steps in to investigate. He reveals to Swartz that he sees a connection between his and Tsukuyomi's pasts, and is determined to prove it. After being dared by Swartz to try to investigate, he personally brings Tsukuyomi to the year 2058.
In the year 2058, he and Tsukuyomi find a house, which is Tsukuyomi's house when she is younger. The two meet the younger Tsukuyomi inside the house. The younger counterpart freezes time, trapping both of them in place. A younger Swartz also shows up beside her before they both leave. It is here that they learn a shocking truth: that Tsukuyomi is actually the younger sister of Swartz. The current timeline's Swartz also makes his presence known, knocking out Tsukasa in the process. He tells Tsukuyomi to return and help Sougo and Woz deal with the meteorite. Tsukasa brings the girl back, as he quietly notes that he now understands Tsukuyomi's story.
After Zi-O has obtained the power of all the previous main Heisei Riders, Swartz tampers with the timeline and changes the world for the worse. In this entirely new timeline, everyone except Tsukasa, Kaito, the Time Jackers, Hiryu Kakogawa and Woz has forgotten about Sougo completely. The world is ruled with an iron fist by none other than Hiryu Kakogawa, with the new and more powerful Another Zi-O II Watch. Tsukasa, in this reality, assumes the role of a war photographer. He takes a picture of Sougo, which is blurred, then wonders whether this will be the end of Zi-O's world or not.
He later appears just in time with an assault rifle, untransformed, to save Sougo from Another Zi-O II and his minions. The two retreat to an empty garage. Tsukasa asks about Sougo's current dilemma, to which Sougo replies that he can never understand his situation. However, Tsukasa, having been through very similar circumstances to Sougo's, reassures him that he understands the young Rider and what he thinks. Tsukasa then admits that the only thing he is sure about, regarding the fate of this world, is that it will undoubtedly end unless Sougo is able to defeat Another Zi-O II. Sougo expresses his hesitance, because right at that moment he does not have Tsukuyomi, Geiz and Woz by his side. Tsukasa reminds him that all three of them only came to the present in the first place because of Sougo's already becoming a Demon King and not to help him become one, questioning the young Rider's own sense of purpose. He reminds him that he still has to become a King, whether evil or good, on his own without help. Just then, Another Zi-O's minions appear and fight Sougo, but Grand Zi-O defeats them soundly. Nevertheless, Geiz enters the scene right after, transforming in to GeizRevive Shippuu, wanting to kill Sougo. Sougo does not fight back, and even willingly de-transforms, wanting Geiz to end him just as he has promised in the past. Tsukasa is on the verge of taking action but Tsukuyomi arrives and freezes Geiz in place with her power. She says she wants to hear something from Sougo first. He goes with the three to the 95-DO, which is now a Resistance Base.
At the residence, Tsukasa helps himself with some bread while the other three are discussing about Sougo. Sougo tries to convice Geiz and Tsukuyomi to fight toghether and overthrow Hiryu, but Geiz still refuses. Fortunately, Tsukuyomi is ready to help, because Hiryu at that time is the bigger threat to face. Sougo says that he feels Tsukasa is responsible for some part of this dilemma. Tsukasa brushes it off.
As Hiryu tries to abduct Tsukuyomi, using Another Kabuto and Another Build, to lure out Sougo Tokiwa, Tsukasa once again arrives in time, untransformed, to knock the Another Riders back with a pistol. Pointing his gun at Hiryu, he expresses that if his predictions are correct, he cannot allow Hiryu to take the girl away. He transforms into Kamen Rider Decade to fight Hiryu, but not forgetting to tell Tsukuyomi to escape. Geiz and Sougo, who have just agreed to finally cooperate, come and join the brawl. Geiz and Decade stay behind to stall Another Zi-O II, and Decade tells Sougo to help Tsukuyomi, who is being chased by two Another Riders. Despite everything, Tsukuyomi still ends up kidnapped by Heure and brought to Swartz. Sougo, having failed to protect his friend from abduction, joins Tsukasa and Geiz to fight in his Zi-O II form. However, the three Riders are overpowered by Another Zi-O II's abilities. Tsukasa summons a dimensional wall, allowing the three to retreat.
Back to 9 5 DO, after Tsukuyomi has her powers drained and absorbed by Swartz, Tsukasa begins to have a basic understanding of the situation at hand: That everything and anything that has happened since day one has been in Swartz's calculations all along. Sougo is determined to bring down Hiryu first, and Tsukasa is willing to help him do it.
The four Riders come to Hiryu's palace, where an army of Another Riders are waiting. The four transform and begin to battle Another Zi-O II to return the world back to normal. Decade swiftly destroys five Another Riders with Attack Ride: Blast and Attack Ride: Slash. Just then, Diend appears and challenges Decade to a duel, saying that he's happy to see him again. Although Tsukasa has the upper hand and is about to finish Diend off with his Final Attack Ride, Daiki uses his new time powers to freeze Decade in place. Swartz, who has been watching the fight, makes his presence known to the two Riders. Swartz pulls out a blank Anotherwatch, and then proceeds to take away Decade's power with it.
Eventually, Sougo is able to defeat Another Zi-O II and the timeline is restored to its normal state. However, because his power has been taken away, Tsukasa is no longer Kamen Rider Decade, and he lies on the ground unconscious because of Swartz's assault earlier.
Some time later, Tsukasa departs on his own again. On a rainy day, Tsukuyomi finds Tsukasa on a bridge. The girl asks him about Swartz and his plans, and whether he has known their relationship from the start. Tsukasa just remarks that he knows "a little bit", and that Tsukuyomi is just like him: They are both otherworldly beings who do not originally belong to this reality.
Tsukuyomi thinks the recent distortions in the timeline are the results of Swartz's scheming and manipulation, but Tsukasa theorizes that it is actually Tsukuyomi and Sougo's presence that has been the root of the problems, and Swartz is just simply taking advantage of their presence. He also states that soon enough, everything will become clear and by that time, he will decide whether or not to destroy this world. Tsukuyomi is confused, as Swartz has already taken away the power of Kamen Rider Decade. However, Tsukasa's response is that the problem that actually needs solving is Tsukuyomi, and his loss of power is just a "minor disadvantage". Before taking his leave, he notes about how both him and Tsukuyomi should not be here in Zi-O's world to begin with.
Tsukasa witnesses a Kamen Rider Eternal, summoned by Swartz with a Dimensional Wall, gain the upper hand in a battle against Zi-O. Swartz mocks Tsukasa for being a weakling as he has already had his power stolen. Nevertheless, Tsukasa simply states that the source of his power is not only that of a Kamen Rider but also his very own existence itself, and proceeds to use Swartz's Dimensional Wall against his will, rescuing Sougo in the process. Swartz and Eternal are surprised by this turn of events.
Tsukasa and Sougo enter Swartz's Another World. He explains that this is a "World of lost possibilities", where the outcomes of events that happened in the real world are changed: The victor becomes the fallen while the fallen becomes the victor. He illustrates this point to Sougo by revealing that the Kamen Rider Eternal that he has fought has been defeated and killed by Kamen Rider Double in the real world, but in this Another World, the same Eternal is the one who defeats Double instead. Tsukasa then tells Sougo to leave that world, as they have already understood its nature, and also because their goal is not there. He then sends the young Rider back to help his partners fight Another Drive.
As the Sky Wall, along with the Smash and Guardians, suddenly appears and divides the nation, Tsukasa is seen witnessing the entire event. Sougo and Tsukuyomi, having learned Swartz's true intention of stealing Sougo's power at its peak, approach Tsukasa and ask him to bring the girl back to the year 2058 again. After a brief exchange on the current situation, he uses a Dimensional Wall to take the three to Tsukuyomi's timeline again. They arrive at Tsukuyomi's house and meet her younger self, as well as Swartz's younger self.
After an exchange in the house, the young Swartz intends to kill Tsukuyomi for interfering with his schemes. He shoots an energy blast at her, but Tsukasa steps in and takes the hit. Before dying, he notes that they cannot afford to lose Tsukuyomi.
Daiki Kaito also arrives in 2058 via Dimensional Wall, he fires several shots at the young Swartz, prompting him to retreat. Upon seeing a dead Tsukasa, he uses the Zi-O II Anotherwatch, which he has taken from Hiryu Kakogawa as a treasure, to reverse time and bring Tsukasa back to life. However, the Anotherwatch forces itself on Daiki right after the revival, turning him into Another Zi-O II as a result. Daiki's personality is also overrided by the Anotherwatch, and he attempts to take Tsukasa's life.
As Another Rider Zi-O II is targeting only Tsukasa, Tsukasa asks for his Ridewatch to be returned. Sougo throws the Decade Ridewatch to him. He activates the Watch, regaining his Neo Decadriver, and the power to become Kamen Rider Decade again. During the battle, it is revealed Tsukasa has previously split his Decade powers in half, putting one half into the Ridewatch, which means: Swartz only has half of his power; and Decade has been fighting with only half of his full power. He then shows he is also able to access Kamen Rider Zi-O's power, transforming into Decade Zi-O form and manages to destroy Another Zi-O II with the help of Sougo as Grand Zi-O.
After saving Kaitō, Zi-O's GrandZi-O Watch suddenly disappears, and the group notices monsters from various Kamen Rider series gather around and everything is in utter chaos. Tsukasa, having gotten the gist of the situation, decides to destroy the World of Zi-O, much to Sougo, Tsukuyomi, and Kaito’s surprise.
At 9 5 DO, Tsukasa explains that Swartz is trying to cause the destruction of everything by merging all the Kamen Riders' timelines into one. He also reveals to Sougo that his time manipulation power has been bestowed upon by none other than Swartz himself in 2009's bus accident, and that the collection of Ridewatches since day one has made the merger complete. Virtually everything that Sougo and his friends have done are within Swartz's calculation just for that very purpose. Sougo wonders what can be done, to which Tsukasa replies that the only option possible is to destroy this world, as it is beyond saving. However, he also adds that humanity must be saved before the destruction takes place. Sougo agrees with Tsukasa, and the group proceeds to carry out his plan.
A short while later, Tsukasa personally tells Sougo that if they choose to follow his plan, Sougo may not be able to survive. He only responds that he has made up his mind ever since the day he's born. Before taking action, Sougo tells Tsukasa that he has one final trip to make.
As Geiz Revive is fighting Another Decade and monsters, Tsukasa comes to his aid. In the middle of the battle, Tsukasa and Geiz tell the Time Jacker that he will not be the one to save his timeline, but rather his sister Tsukuyomi would be the one doing it. This enrages Swartz, and he proceeds to beat Decade and Geiz violently. Just as Swartz prepares a Rider Kick aimed at Geiz, the latter disappears thanks to the summoning effect of Sougo's Zi-O Trinity. Tsukasa continues the battle, but Another Decade freezes time. Nevertheless, Diend suddenly arrives and counterattacks by freezing Swartz in place, as he has been given time powers by none other than the Time Jacker. The two keep on fighting Another Decade for a while before he uses a Dimensional Wall to teleport away, hellbent on killing Tsukuyomi himself.
After Tsukuyomi becomes a Kamen Rider, Tsukasa explains to everyone that the reason why Swartz's timeline will be destroyed is that it has no Kamen Riders. Therefore, if Tsukuyomi becomes a Rider, Swartz's timeline will be saved from destruction. Also, a new world has been created, "Tsukuyomi's world", as Tsukasa puts it. He further tells them that it is essential they relocate the citizens of Zi-O's World into Tsukuyomi's World to save them from death. Woz, however, points out that Tsukasa's plans have seemingly failed, because the girl has just betrayed them and defected to her brother's side. Tsukasa, having no other options, asks them to be ready for the end of the world.
The next day, more and more monsters continuously spawn one wave after the other, including the boss monsters (i.e. Evolto, Daguva). Decade, along with Geiz, Woz and Diend restlessly fend of the villains. Just as the team is about to finish off a group of kaijins, Alpina appears and freeze all of them in place for Another Decade to fire an energy blast at them, knocking them out. Before he can deal another blow, Sougo uses the other Kamen Riders' power to stop him.
After Sougo uses his Oma Zi-O powers to destroy Swartz once and for all, he decides to rewrite history. Tsukasa and Daiki watches as the timeline begins to be reset, with the former taking a picture of the events with his signature camera. It is presumed that after Sougo resets the timeline, Tsukasa continues to travel the worlds to find new adventures.
Now his travels across realities have lead him to yet another new world thanks to the dimensional merge, The World of The Final Rumble, in this new world he appears a wrestler in TFR's ring. Intrigued, he wants to learn more about this world, find the Rider(s) that reside in it, try to do good, and ultimately, decide if it's bears danger to other universes and destroy it if it does so.

He and his group arrive in the diamond realm and meet Yasuhiro Hagakure who offer them Jah's blessings to get stronger after defeating certain apparitions in the area.
Reveals himself to be an alternate Suou Tatsuya who received assistance from a complex individual to travel to this new world to stop the events of Battler/47's altercation and the rumbling from happening but failed when his memories became muddled during the merging dimensions events.
In order to receive the last Jah's blessing to get stronger, he fights Tatsuya for the right to have it but is defeated by his other self.

Feeling useless about the situation, Kadoya says he trusts Central but they need to move faster. Makoto wonders what they can do without Komaeda, but Kadoya heard of the fire in his eyes when beating up Sweet Tooth, and comments that Tatsuya could learn from him, as they are one and the same. Just then, Tatsuya receives a message: it's Komaeda waiting in a city cafe.
Makoto, Kadoya and Tatsuya go to the raid into The Factory.
As they are exploring the back area, the sound of a motorcycle resonates, and Tatsuya is taken to a fiend's realm where he is sentenced to 10 pure strikes. Kadoya and Makoto hurry up and go to search for him.
As they search, they hear screaming from the basement area, and find The Circus beating up Tatsuya. Makoto and Kadoya move in to fight, but Makoto tells him to take Tatsuya and run for it, if Kadoya sacrified everything to come to this timeline and save them, then he will do the same. Makoto closes the door after Kadoya drags Tatsuya, and guards it with his life.
As Kadoya makes his way to HQ from visiting Tatsuya at the hospital, he notices the guys entering it are members from The Three Kings' forces. He remembers on how he tried advert Central that this could happen, but apparently he wasn't paying attention. Trying to avert such a future from happening again, Kadoya sneaks around a fatmonster, when he spots Robo Jensen shutting down the facility with the controls. He steps in and they engage in a fight. Jensen shoots Kadoya in the chest...
Somehow still alive, Kadoya drags himself with all his willpower into the controls and with the last of his strength opens the gates, allowing people to escape. Clownmaeda stares at him and smiles, saying that he's glad he could embolden his hope, and that the world's fate is up to him.
After somehow reincarnating in the new universe despite not being originally from the previous one and retaining part of his memories, Kadoya ends up opening Survive Bar, named after having survived something which can only be attributed to a miracle, while keeping his real identity a secret from those that would obviously not remember anything.
Katsuya and Ooishi Kuraudo visit the bar. After they order, The Bartender offers them the drinks on the house for "No specific reason. You could say I just felt like it.".
Ichiban and Serge wait at the bar for Jack to return to the party.
Episode 14
The mercenaries, Depp, Hopper and Bathhouse Owner, arrive at the Survive Bar for a drink and tell The Bartender of what has just happened at KaibaCorp's entrance. As Kasuga Ichiban's group ventures into KaibaCorp HQ, they defeat their initial defenses, but they feel the rest of the Robo-Kiryu production line is soon coming for them. Before the robots have a chance to stop them, Okada's CHAOS' allies show up to back him up, and Evil Itself admits that even if he may not be as powerful as Kiryu, Ichiban really can be a Dragon too after all. However, the robot army arrives and still far outnumbers them... but the person who has witnessed Ichiban's adventure from the start arrives: The Bartender, who brings along three mercenaries. With so many people helping them, the party ventures further into the Dragonlord's lair.
Continues attending to the Survive Bar while pondering the nature of his current and past lives.
Episode 1
Trying to walk aimlessly around Coolsville to put the mind at ease, Kyle Hyde still ends up in no other place than the Survive Bar, ordering the same bourbon as always. "Drinking early might be bad for the liver, but it's good for the soul, and no organ receives as much torment as time is doing to his spirit.", he thinks.
He asks The Bartender for the newspaper...
>Another murder, a brutal one at that, of a wrestler. Darren Young. Obscure midcard wrestler. Only data of note is a rumor of "assaulting" the "American Dragon" in the summer of 2010, allegedly made up by a guy who fled the psych ward.
>"OMW star paralyzed after risky maneuver goes wrong.", just another day trying to make ends meet in the indies.
>"New Captain Soap photoshoot sparks debate: Is it a girly magazine?". Afraid not.
>"Confirmed: Gas Chamber's next concert to take place at the home of the Coolsville Suckers football team."
A slow day for news in Coolsville's usual hustle. The Bartender mentions he too had to deal with his fair share of chaos, it's even odd to think sometimes. Kyle takes another drink, when he gets an odd call... the TFR Board of Directors's representative. With such a rare occasion, he tells them to skip to the part where they fire him, but... they actually ask for his help in helping TFR as a whole (reminding him of the shady way Wright ran things), and want to talk more details in person. Since he needs to pay the bills (including the current drink), he ignores the bad feeling this gives him and decides to leave the only friend he can trust (whiskey) behind and go while The Bartender saves his bottle.
Episode 3
It's been a while since Kyle went to Survive Bar, but the Bartender kept the bottle waiting for him as promised, so he gets to it. As he takes the first sip, it sinks that it's the first break he's had in a while, while looking concerned at his phone for half-expectant of a message from work or Ja/ck/. After sitting in silence for a while, The Bartender suddenly breaks Kyle away from his concentration by saying he suddenly remembered how he looked a few weeks ago, and compared to now, he can see a speck of hope in him that wasn't there before, but Kyle just tells him to cut the cheesy talk and pour him another for the long night.
Episode 5
Kasuga Ichiban arrives to Survive Bar and meets with his friends The Bartender and Wonder-Red. Since he hit an important milestone in the Part-Time Hero program, Red will be paying the drinks, and also asks how his friends are doing. He works front desk at the Sindria Trading Company's Coolsville Branch (not as fun as the Part-Time Hero work, but still pretty rewarding) so that answers for Sinbad, Okada Kazuchika's been back in Japan for a while, Jack Garland's been all around the world with his squad, and Serge was too in an international TFR house show few weeks ago. It's been a while since he's wrestled with them, or at all, so he wonders if Red would want a quick match, but Wonder Red promised he would NEVER EVER step foot in a wrestling ring. Before he gets to ask why, Ichiban's boss Sinbad (still weird to think about) calls him: as he's getting into a plane to Sindria, he says there's important things to discuss and booked one for Ichiban later in the day, before hanging up. He apologizes for having to leave in a hurry so soon, but Red remarks it's a good place for a vacation anyways, and The Bartender says he better bring some souvenirs.
Late at night, Kiryu Kazuma appears in the bar to, uncharacteristically drink himself away to escape his problems, like he's been for the past nights. Does he really think that's that's the answer? Abandoning everyone and wasting away at Survive Bar? Doesn't he want a better future for himself, for the kids? He may be just a bartender, but he can say one thing:
Even if you can't change everything, even if you can't control your past... you can still defy your destiny.
Luckily, seems like Kiryu won't have to drink alone anymore. Our of nowhere, Kasai Tatsuyoshi enters the bar. It's a long story why he's here, but he heard the news, Kiryu begins lamenting about the shadows of the past finally catching up for doing the wrong things, but Kasai paints a different story: He might not be the most knowledgeable about these things, but a video like that takes time, and coming upon all the stuff in the video just a few hours after arson?―it can't be coincidence.
Just as it dawns on Kiryu, the sound of a car violently stopping resounds outside the bar. Kasai guesses it must be the Yamai Syndicate catching up with him, since he's been keeping them away from the rest of the family. Yamai Yutaka enters the bar and playfully taunts Kasai about his hiding away, before noticing the legendary dragon himself is there. As the most famous criminal on Coolsville right now, his head must be worth a ton, so Yamai calls his henchman Sasame Ojiro to take care of them, as Kiryu and Kasai prepare to fight together on Steven's name.
It really was the Dragon of Kojima after all... Yamai noticed his useless henchman unable to fight anymore and disengaged, but he never thought he'd see him with his own two eyes. Before leaving, Kiryu demands to know what his business with the Sonozakis is, but Yamai thinks that would be... boring, in fact he's already bored of this place, and leaves until their next meeting. As Kasai curses that damn asshole, he urges on Kiryu to go check the others together since they've hid in the family restaurants; Kiryu doubts if he should involve with them with the current situation, but he owes an eternal debt to Steven and the Sonozaki, and Kasai is happy to have him back.
Episode 9
The Bartender is surprised at seeing Kyle at such an hour at the bar, but it's hard for him to do anything else when the protests are blocking everything again, besides, it's not like coming to drink and feel sorry for himself was his first choice, but it's hard when their General Manager locks himself in his office and watches Joshi stuff all day. Trying to keep the drink at bay, The Bartender wonders if there isn't some contingency plan he could use, but he gives up when Kyle suggests alcohol might help him think about it. Even if he's not one to deny a drink to one of his best customers, there's no doubt he ought to go back to training those kids since it has done more good than bad for him.
Taking this chance, Kyle decides to collect his thoughts once again, and spends a while thinking to himself and drinking. Just then, he receives a phonecall... and not from Jack, but Phi telling him to haul ass. First wondering if another impromptu football game began or Mod finally got off his ass, apparently Phi heard of a special broadcast happening at Town Square, maybe that YouTuber they've heard so much of recently. He better not forget and arrive late because he's got someone to mentor, but Kyle would never because they both agree that he's... remarkable alright. Either way, Phi's going over the script with Retinz and Jingu while he comes. "Life always finds a way", The Bartender blurts ironically, but Kyle apologizes for shattering his expectations of drinking himself to tears. As he leaves, The Bartender tells him to have fun, but Kyle puts down to not mix him with the actual one who would look forwards to fun in a workday, Wright, but more importantly, Bartender tells him something...
Follow the path that will put your heart at ease. Even if the truth might hurt, you'll feel some peace when you reach the end of the road
But Kyle is already resolute in seeing it through to the end, so he tells him to not worry.
Episode 10
After an esoteric message from a ramen shop owner, Zach arrives at Survive Bar and, somehow gathering $10, orders the cheapest one-shot-kill drink, getting drunk with a single glass, before rushing off back to the food shop he came from.
Episode 11.1
The ringing of a phone wakes Kyle Hyde up, The Bartender commentating such naps have become pretty common, but everyone needs rest once in a while, snarkily replies Kyle. He asks why he doesn't pick up, but Kyle doesn't remember the last time he got a real, non-spam call, and asks for another glass. The Bartender jokes that he might've drank more alcohol than water the past 3 months, but he can't really complain about that, so instead he says he'd pick that call since it must be important if they are still calling. With that much insistence, Kyle figures he'll reward the caller, but to his surprise it turns out to be Phi. She quickly suspects he's been drinking again (as always), so he wonders if she wanted to join him, but she has to pass this time precisely because he's late to work. After 3 months of missing episodes due to the flooding efforts of the Yeagerists, Kyle finds it hard to believe he'll be able to do anything by himself by now, but Phi mentions that, miraculously, the arena has been cleared. She's not privy to specifics, but either due to a recent Ingerland sporting loss or regrouping to plan something, the protesting mass has dwimdled, and they've gotta take the chance. Kyle, on the other hand, doesn't feel motivated to put effort if they are unsure the situation could just be a fluke and they'd be stuck again. Jingu takes the phone, and wonders if he really must remind him of their purpose in this world: they all have things they fight for, and he must too, so when it comes to achieving those even one small step forward matters. He must grasp that staying stationary accomplishes nothing, and asks if that's enough or he has to find another way to convey his duty to him.
Kyle gets the point after the earful and quickly accepts to go, but before ending the call, Phi does ask him for a list of drinks sold at the place, in case anything catches her fancy. The Bartender suggests, though, that a lady like her would fit more being taken to a luxurious restaurant. All of a sudden, it's back to work for Kyle, and he can't help but groan when The Bartender asks if he's glad about it. In fact, that reminded The Bartender of himself when he was younger, although Kyle says their ages can't be that far apart, The Bartender says they're leagues apart when it comes to experience—worlds apart even—not that he thinks Kyle a smallfry, but he's had his fair share of hardship and more. Kyle would like to hear some of his story sometime, but The Bartender remarks he's got work to catch up to before... a lot, adds Kyle.
