The house used by the Sonozaki Family and the residence of Sonozaki Mion, her mother Akane, and formerly her father and grandmother.
Kasai Tatsuyoshi and Leo Shishigami guard the place.

Created when the Sonozaki Family moved to Coolsville.
TFR/Season 0[edit | edit source]
Leon S. Kennedy and Fred Jones break into it looking for Ada Wong and fight with Kasai, but realizing his good intentions Steven receives them.
Kiryu Kazuma visits when he learns Steven is sick, and Osama bin Laden breaks in to inform Kiryu of something regarding the Keyboards Incident.
When a war breaks out between the Sonozaki and Shimano Families, Kasai and Leo defend the house, until Kasai can leave to offer Steven his assistance and Leo stays behind to guard it.
Kiryu visits one last time to talk with Kasai about the heirs, entrusting the future to them, and bidding his goodbye before leaving the city.
TFR/Season 8[edit | edit source]
When the divergent factions and subsidiaries can't stand the direction the new heirs are taking the family, they start warring amongst themselves, and as the heirs escape, the groups claim the estate as their base, especially the Sumadera Family who holds the most power, but also the Matou Family and allied Yamai Syndicate.
Intending to rid the estate of this takeover, Kiryu barges in and makes his way through all the yakuza, defeating member after member, and even the high-ranking ones such as Yamai Yutaka, Matou Kieran, Hayashi Hiroshi and Ushiromiya Rudolf. While he couldn't defeat Ushiromiya Kyrie, the opening he left allowed the Coolsville Police to breach in and arrest most of the mooks and others, including Kiryu himself, but the higher members managed to flee.
After being restored and returning to Sonozaki control, it becomes the gathering place of Date Kaname with Akane and Kasai to discuss the situation about Kiryu. Also Date Mizuki (and Aiba), Mion and Shion also participate (after their girls' night).
