"BANG BANG BANG PULL MY DEVIL TRIGGER" ― Nero

Main character of Devil May Cry 4. Also a dead weight. no longer a dead weight. STILL a dead weight but at least did something.

The Devil Bringer[edit | edit source]

A demon hunter for the religious "Order of the Sword". As a child, Nero never had a proper family and trusted few people. An abrasive and cocky personality developed because of this. In time, the Order of the Sword took him in their ranks. Out on a mission, Nero's arm was infected with demonic power. Uncovering a conspiracy for the church to create a superweapon, Nero defects from the Order. With the help of his uncle, Dante, Nero was able to stop the church's desire for world domination. 5 years later, a disguised Vergil severs Nero's arm for its demonic power. Nero and Dante eventually discover that Vergil is Nero's father and work together to stop his conquest for power.

TFR/Season 1[edit | edit source]

However, the rivalry between Dante and Vergil still burns bright. Nero's desire for a functional family unit has led him to fight among his kin in The Final Rumble. He hopes he can settle the sibling rivalry as well as show his father the extent of his strength. Above all else, Nero wishes to prove to everyone, friend and foe, that he is not DEADWEIGHT.

Episode 3

As a married man, Nero slightly agrees with the ideals of Team FMS and with his father for once, the two team together in order to win the titles.

Episode 5

After he and Vergil are defeated by some detectives, Nero goes on to participate in the King of Jobbers inaugural ladder match, winning and proving he is in fact the greatest jobber.

Episode 6[edit | edit source]

Vs. Vergil Entrance Theme

Seeing his son win some new kind of power, Vergil proclaimed he wants it as well, taking the belt from his own family.

Episode 7

Infuriated by his father taking yet ANOTHER thing from him, Nero becomes devil-triggered and beats his father to regain what once belonged to him.

Episode 8

To settle the dispute, Nero and Vergil decide to call the rest of their family in a match for the title. Thus, V proved to be indeed the king of jobbers out of the DMC family.

TFR/Season 2[edit | edit source]

Still decided to prove he is not deadweight, Nero continues to wrestle.

Episode 1

Leaving the King of Jobbers title behind, Nero gets a chance to compete for the main /v/ title. Of course, being a jobber, he's the first one out.

Episode 6

Nero challenges The Order himself, but as it turns out, he is, in fact, still DEADWEIGHT.

Episode 9[edit | edit source]

Nero wakes up in a hospital bed and instantly regains his senses (probably from his jobber genes). He calls Doc Piccolo (and remembers he has to call Kyrie). He tells him that Dante left some time ago, and told him to not let the DEADWEIGHT go after him. Immediately after hearing the D-WORD, Nero goes full autism and dashes through the hospital doors after grabbing the Tomboy seeking Dante in a jobber-fueled rage.

Episode 10[edit | edit source]

Nero storms Captain Erwin's conference on how to defeat Todd asking for Dante, but only finds that he healed from some wounds from last week and hasn't been seen, and leaves in a rage.
I'LL SHOW YOU DEADWEIGHT!
He does find him, but of course he's beaten by his more experienced uncle who wants him to stay out of his way for good.

Episode 11

Nero recovers and finds Dante and Vergil leaving to fight Todd. Vergil assures him that they can take him alone, maybe showing a bit of care for his son. The Yamato's power will separate Todd of his Demon King form, as it doesn't belong to him, and return him to how he was originally. Nero isn't happy, but Dante reminds him he must protect the Locker Room from "Joker's" attack, and more than that, it will give them peace of mind knowing Nero will be able to defend everyone, including Kyrie.

Episode 12[edit | edit source]

Adachi makes his way Backstage but is intercepted with Nero, battling with him, Nero almost jobs but pulls his Devil Trigger and pushes Adachi's shit, forcing him to act desperate and sent the both of them to the TV world.

Lost into the TV world

After duking it out, they flung insults at each other until getting tired, at which point they started conversing and Adachi realized he doesn't actually know how to get out. How are they to leave? Nobody knows, the only thing they know is that they must work together if they want to survive this shadow-ridden space. (which they don't)

TFR/Season 3[edit | edit source]

Nothing is known about the parade of "Deadweight" Nero and Adachi "El Bromas" Tohru, other than rumors about them sometimes appearing in the static of the TV Backstage.

Episode 2

Adachi tries to record an audio diary about their current situation, but is distracted by Nero's screams as he fights Shadows. He resigns to think he might eventually need Yu's help, and decides to leave the tape for someone to find it in the future or something.

Episode 6

Nero still thinks that there must be a way to get out of here, but Adachi reiterates that only Narukami can get them out of here. While claiming that waiting while doing nothing isn't his thing, Nero is reminded that doing things without thinking was what got them here on the first place, which he resigns and accepts. Adachi starts to notice there are some similarities between Nero and Yu...

Episode 9

Adachi tells Nero that it must be about two months since they've become trapped, making him irate thinking about all the time away from Kyrie and tries to hit Adachi after he calls her a "bland church girl". But before he can, Narukami Yu enters the TV World to save them after hearing some rumors, much to Adachi's annoyance, and tells him that the exit was in the TV they came from all along. This makes Nero even more furious, challenging Adachi to another fight. Unbeknownst to Adachi, Nero's constant fighting had been having an effect on him, and he easily defeats him, having grinded shadows to lv99.

TFR/Season 4[edit | edit source]

Now free, Nero and Adachi get as away from each other as possible.

Episode 4

Adachi appears to Nero, not to fight but to make a proposition: Become tag team champions and prove to his old man that he is not deadweight. Nero reluctantly accepts, looking Adachin angrily on behalf of being called by the D-word.

Episode 5

Adachi berates Nero for jobbing, making him seethe into a rage. Adachi remarks that he will need to use that rage for the match, and that if they retain tonight, the Killer2 will start doing open challenges for the tag team titles, before using the D-word and leaving, Nero left raging behind.

However, that didn't happen...

Episode 8

Finally, TV world fools get a chance at the tag team title.

Episode 11

Finally, they get their chance. However, they were just standing fools for the real match that was The Court vs The Mystery Masters, and Nero jobbed again.

TFR/Season 5[edit | edit source]

Adachi and Nero's career together continues with Nero being seen as the more competent of the two.

Episode 3

When his partner Adachi's autograph offer was rejected by some random girl and gets called a burden to Nero, he snaps and relapses into The Joker, becoming even more powerful due to his increased incel rage, and after killing the girl in a gamer fit, sends Nero into the hospital for literally the entire season.

TFR/Season 6[edit | edit source]

Three fateful strangers meet due to coincidental luck
Nero continues being in the hospital...

Episode 1

After taking it easy on the hospital for so long, Dante visits him and discovers he has been slacking with Kyrie visiting him for a while. He's also visited by Vergil's fused form with Vorgin, Vergin, who becomes increasingly annoying as times goes on.

Episode 3

After Vergin annoys Juzo enough for him to get a beating from him, Nero tries to help his "father" in his match (although it's more like bullying an autistic kid than a match) but he's too stupid to not get pounded into a pulp.

Episode 4

Takes his "father" away from Dante by tard-wrangling him with chicken tendies, so that Dante can fight the rioters.

Episode 5

Twelve years later, he's involved in a "family dispute" over who has the right to go on a raid for "The Final Resistance".

He wins the spot after pinning his father in like five minutes.

Episode 7

Goes to the raid and encounters JOKER, who taunts him using the D-word, but Nero finally is too mature for that to work on him.

However, becoming a schizo has only made JOKER even stronger, and Nero is indeed deadweight.

Nero's defeat leads to JOKER burning down Serge's Fort 5 minutes faster.

Episode 10[edit | edit source]

Kasuga Ichiban killing it at karaoke with Serge and Nero.

Kasuga Ichiban killing it at karaoke with Serge and Nero.Nero was on the Resistance HQ during the Christmas Party. Nero successfully hides from the Troubleshooters' massacre and escapes when the shut down is lifted from the base.

Episode 11

Nero reunites with the remaining members of the resistance in an Angel Mort in the city, as they plan their next move.

Episode 12[edit | edit source]

After being sent to buy supplies, Dante & Nero discuss their inability to save people, to which Dante just responds to relax and have some wacky wahoo fun.

Nero is taken from behind and The Headmaster appears before Dante, stating that he will be erased just like his brother. Dante doesn't remember ever having a brother.

Headmaster's partner, the Head Doctor, notices that nero is PERSUING, and summons DE DO DO DO DE DA DA DA against Nero, but he manages to defeat it and escape after coming to the store alone.

Episode 13

Nero arrives along with the remaining resistance forces to the Coolsville arena, where The Three Kings will enact their final plan.

Episode 15

Nero insists on pursuing Head Doctor for attacking him, but Head Doctor just finishes the job.

Episode 16

As Nero is being turned to stone, Vorgin confuses Nero with Donte still and attacks Head Doctor, halting a bit the stone transformation, but not reverting it due to failing to defeat him.

Nero faces Headmastere due to a feeling that he must pursue him, but loses and is erased due to the stone.

Episode 17

Nero and the rest of the ones erased by Headmaster return after his defeat, and reunite to witness the birth of the New Universe.

TFR/Season 0[edit | edit source]

Originally a youth in the city of Fortuna, Dante and him stop the Order of the Sword and he marries with his friend Kyrie. Eventually he finds out his father is the demonic swordsman Vergil and they start an awkward father/son relationship. Hey, at least his father didn't cut his arm off or something, that'd make it even more akward. With time, their relationship slightly improves and the entire family of Devil May Cry demon hunters sets their sights on wrestling. Well, except for Vergil who is busy with something else...

Episode 5

HOPE'd

Episode 12

Participates in the Beat The Clock challenge and is the loser of the 4th fastest match.

TFR/Season 7[edit | edit source]

A member of The Sparda Bloodline, a family of demon hunters and wrestlers, and they wrestle in TFR to get a party going.

Episode 2/TFR

Nero wins against Wright's golden boy, Bolo Reynolds.

Episode 3/TFR[edit | edit source]

Wright calls Nero a cheater for his win, and decides he will change his gimmick into something more "appropriate" for the festivities and new audiences. Padoru Padoru.

Episode 4/TFR[edit | edit source]

Nero challenges Wright for the bullshit he's pulling with his egotism and favoritism, and challenges him. Wright accepts and stipulates that if Nero wins, he'll get full creative control. But if he loses... he'll quit and be undraftable by any other wrestling federation.

Nero accepts... but the match is far from fair (as deserved by a cheater) with Wright bringing his homies Bolo, Battler and Roman. As expected, Nero doesn't win.

However they give him one more match as a goodbye. A handicap against Wright's men.

Episode 5/TFR

Nero is banned from wrestling in another competition... however, Wright didn't say anything about a behind-the-scenes role. Bogdanoff Championship Wrestling hires Nero on a 2-night contract to host the draft for BCW, as psychological advantage against TFR.

At the end of the night, Wright has Nero dragged away by security.

Episode 5/BCW

The second night concludes on a psychological finisher when Nero reveals that the Mystery Masters themselves have been drafted to BCW, which causes Wright to quit on the spot, rejecting and indirect betrayal of Sminem, and Nero closes the show.

Episode 6/BCW

Nero is seeing fighting in the Underground Fighting Ring against Kido Reiji.

Episode 7/BCW

Nero meets Kaidou Shun in the hospital after geting beaten in his MMA fight.

Episode 8/BCW

After getting out of the hospital and visits the BCW Zoo with Dante, and has an unfortunate visite to the dimes koala.

Episode 9

Nero breaks in through security to wish his old man good luck with his fight.

After the end of the night, Nero also mocks Furio Tigre while getting arrested.

TFR/Off-Season 8[edit | edit source]

Episode 24

Two brothers in dive unite up to superkick their way into becoming champions and further draw the titles into indies quality.

Episode 48

The Extinct Light[edit | edit source]

Since the day of TFR vs. BCW "The Final Tournament", Nero had nowhere to go for a while... nowhere that would allow wrestling to be free as it should be, and he continued to wander the independent scene. That is until Amakusa Juuza showed up with an interesting opportunity and the funds to back it up. Amakusa Elite Wrestling was formed with him and his family as the company's VPs and did a much needed shake-up on the balance of the industry into the side of light, and Nero knew who the good guys were once again.

Episode 1

Coming out to the ring in his new suit, Nero addresses the audience on what he does NOT want to talk about: "the fed", Wright's scummy tricks, Pegasus cowardly walking away. But what he does want to talk about, is the future. The future of this home for everyone worried about the state of this business, those that believe in Okonogi's projects and vision, those that believe in great young competitors, names like Rance, Kaidou, and Komaeda even. They were mistreated, they didn't get any opportunities. They had the brass ring elude them. But no more, this is the place where dreams are real and opportunities infinite. And what could prove that better than a WORLD TITLE TOURNAMENT.

Nero, however, has other obligations... in sharing the spotlight with someone else later that night, someone that has held prestigious gold in the past. For that someone that will face the Grandson of Sparda is none other than "The Silent Badass".

Episode 2

What he does want to talk about today, is the great match they got to see last week. He had heard a lot about this "silent badass", and the rumors were, in truth, right. He had to hit three Cross Spardas, and maybe, just maybe, if he was a bit luckier, if he hit his finisher, or Nero was a bit slower, things could've gone differently. That's the kind of people that move AEW forward, and AEW's the kind of place that makes that talent flourish upwards. And after remembering that match with the crowd and coming hot of a trios match, he wanted to enjoy the audience a bit longer (your local sports team rocks btw) and give the man a personal thanks. And Arikado comes out into the ring with Nero... but it is not to give thanks, but to silently reject it and push Nero's hand away...

Episode 3

So... what does the audience want to talk about? Because he's here to talk about respect. Respect might be earned, but there's things naturally bigger than one, and perhaps the most importan one... is the sacred sport of Professional Wrestling, especially here in AEW. Above else, professionals are asked to respect the sport, but someone refused to give that respect here recently, not just to Nero or the audience, but wrestling itself. And as the prodigal son of wrestling's biggest Royal Family, he can't allow that, so he'll ask Alucard to come to the ring once again, not for the handshake but for a full course on respect in the ring. And if he has the balls... Nero will even put his trios title up if he can find two partners, if he is indeed a "silent badass" and not a coward. And then...

From behind! As Amakusa points, it's Phillip Butters, despite J. Witcher confusion's, wrestling megastar Philips Butter emerging behind Nero! And look at JJ not far behind, J. Witcher still as lost, they're both looking to sow chaos here! The Butcher and The Blade! They must be aligned with Alucard looking to respected an acknowledged! As J. Witcher fears, they might even be... a threat to the very foundation of professional wrestling.

But the royal family of wrestling manages to prevail.

Episode 4

Nero has an open challenge... and it's answered by G1.

Episode 5

So... what does the audience want to talk about? Because he's here to talk about debuts. AEW had big ones recently, and even more to come. As Executive VP of AEW, he feels like he has a lot of responsibilities to this company, including making sure the talent who comes from all kinds of different backgrounds can fit in and adapt. So he must make sure they're all comfortable and in top form for performance. He is "a guardian", the one who must "test the waters", and that's why he's excited for Amakusa's new debut, and is issuing a challenge to that person for when they arrive, as a welcome gift to a legendary new hiring and a former champion.

Speaking of champions, he knows a few people still want his Trios Championship. He couldn't welcome Captain Soap since he already had a match set... but now it's time to make amends live tonight at Dynamite, by putting the Trios titles up for grabs for him and his U.S.S. friends, if he can beat him in this eliminator match that is. He better get ready... in three minutes it's time for action.

TFR/Off-Season 9: AEW Dark[edit | edit source]

Episode 2

The royal family of wrestling finally gets to pay their due to the masses, for mercenaries always claim what is theirs.

Episode 4: Rokkenjimania V[edit | edit source]

Non-Canon
Nero decides it's time to sadly retire from AEW and start a new chapter... underneath a bathroom stall, as Sandro comes out to dunk on him.

...then comes out the next day because it was one of those fake-outs AEW loves so much.

Episode 5

He's so happy at not being chained down by the fed and being allowed to wear a stylish christmas suit instead of a dumb gimmick and costume that he puts some kid over.

TFR/Season 8[edit | edit source]

If the royal family shall divide and fall, then he will make a new royalty rise up...

Episode 2

Nero comes out to the Ring to, once again, ask: So... what does the audience want to talk about? First of all, last week's match must've surprised everyone, when avid up-and-comer Battler seized the opportunity and defeated his father Vergil. Nero ran into that ring in fact, and was able to determine the passion when being face-to-face to that young wrestler, the heart and determination. But he could also sense the one thing stopping him from breaking that glass ceiling, grabbing the brass ring, and making it to the next level here... he's been trying to get rid of it, giving his best, but it's not enough. But will AEW let potential like that go to waste? The answer is obvious, and he'll even do what Wright failed to do with his "Mystery Masters", because he'll create his own, the "Elite Enigmas", but instead of letting them fail, he'll provide them proper guidance as a true role model, and sure as hell won't betray them or anyone in this company! And to prove they're being reborn in this company, the third member alongside Battler and Nero himself will be... Kaidou Shun. This way, Battler will atone for his sin against all those that joined forces to defeat TFR.

Episode 3

What Nero saw last week from Battler and Kaidou was good, taking the champions to their limits, but still there's chemistry to be improved. First of all... Battler has to say sorry. Battler is confused until Nero explains he has to apologize for "burying" Kaidou before any real growth can be made; Battler hastily apologizes for his "bad one" that time, but Kaidou cares not for the past, but for "you" in the present and who you'll be in the future, as long he's at his side helping to take down the Dark Reunion and their puppets in the fed, it's all good! Battler gets all fired up and says to aim for the top together, so Nero proposes to bond together with a videogame tournament. Battler accepts and Kaidou declares their battle "shall decide the fate of the world", so they follow Nero to his tour bus to play halo.

But... from the corner, Rakesh wonders... why didn't Kaidou invite him...?

Episode 4

So... what does the audience want to talk about? Because he's here to talk about legacy. It's what they leave behind, and what everyone wants to achieve in this business: the way to make yourself eternal. Making wrestling better, introducing new sights, few men can achieve this; Saihara Shuichi was one such man. A glimmer of hope that inspired many that wasn't dragged down by his friends 'the snake' or 'the disappointment'... and maybe, in this unfair world, that's why he's gone. And that's why the Elite Enigmas are just one of many projects preparing the future, instead of preparing for bribes; AEW is a family, the good overlook the young, and they can still wrestle how they damn well please, instead of some "tough" guy thinking he's ""enough"" and teaches something as simple as a bump. That's why their talent is unique, and why Elite Enigma Ushiromiya Battler will demonstrate right now how far he's come to become one of the biggest star this business will see.
