Nathan Drake
Protagonist from the Uncharted series.
The Doughnut Dragon[edit | edit source]
Born in 1976 as Nathan Morgan, the second son of American archaeologist Cassandra Morgan and her husband, and the younger brother of Samuel Morgan. In 1981, his mother Cassandra died due to an illness-related suicide. Her husband surrendered his sons to the state, and both were entrusted to the Saint Francis' Boy's Home, a Catholic orphanage. All of their mother's possessions — including her archaeological works — were later sold by their father. Eventually, Sam was kicked out of the orphanage due to criminal activities, before taking a job to support himself and set Nathan up as best as possible. In 1989, Nathan got in a fight one day, leading to Nathan being suspended from a retreat with the rest of the orphanage. He noticed light signals by Sam and ventures across the orphanage's rooftops and walls to find him. Nathan followed his brother out the orphanage's limits, before being presented with a 500cc motorcycle Sam bought him as a gift, as Sam's way to apologize, since he revealed his intentions to leave for at least a year due to his new job. But Sam also revealed he tracked down their mother's possessions, and both proceeded to plan on stealing them.
Breaking into the house containing their mother's journal, the two are confronted by the gun-wielding mansion owner, but the tension eases as Samuel reveals their intent. The owner apologized and reveals that she was a friend of their mother, Evelyn. The fellow archeologist then reveals that she and their mom believed in a theory that Sir Francis Drake had heirs. The police officers whom Evelyn called arrive, and as Evelyn attempts to walk outside and explain the false alarm, she suffers from a heart attack and dies immediately. The two escape out the window with their mother's belongings and successfully lose the cops in their bike. Realising they cannot go back to their previous lives, the two decided to honor their mother by changing their last name to Drake, and to become treasure hunters.
2 years later, a young Nate ended up in Cartagena, Colombia, while Sam was in prison somewhere. Seeking to obtain the ring which once belonged to Francis Drake, Nate explored the Museo Marítimo, before noticing a middle-aged man quietly copying the display case key's lock, until being kicked out of the museum by one of the guards. He stealthily tailed the man and pick-pocketed his wallet. The man noticed and confronted Drake, forcing him to give the wallet back, but not before taking the copied key. Nate entered the closed museum but was soon confronted by both the man and a blonde woman, his employer Katherine Marlowe. Nate escaped her clutches, with the man aiding in his escape. At a bar, the man introduced himself as Victor Sullivan, and Nate introduced himself and explained his connection to Sir Drake and his ring.
Throughout both his adventures with Sully and Sam, Nate became an advanced shooter, weapons expert, martial artist, climber, explorer, swimmer, treasure hunter, and survivor, gaining a noteworthy reputation, gaining many allies that would become enemies.
Around 1998, Nate and Sam got involved with Rafe Adler in their search for the lost treasure of pirate Captain Henry Avery. The trio used Rafe's wealth to bribe their way into a Panamanian prison, buying the services of a warden named Vargas to aid them in their search. After finding a clue, Rafe kills Vargas to not share the wealth, leading to an escape. As Nate, Sam, and Rafe made their way through the prison, Sam was shot in the torso as Nate attempted to pull him up from a ledge, before falling through debris. Convinced by Rafe that his brother is dead, Nate reluctantly follows Rafe out the prison. In disbelief of Sam's death, Nate tried to find his brother by various methods but the guards who locked him up made sure he found dead leads, in retaliation for Vargas' death. Nate thus suppressed his memories of the prison incident, never mentioning him again.
Throughout the years following Drake's last adventures, he marries Elena Fisher, both having uncovered numerous archaeological discoveries from various parts of the world and received wide media coverage. They have a daughter, Cassie.

Episode 9
...after a long and grueling negotiation, Kojima and Hirai come to an agreement that Death Stranding 2 and Physint will both PlayStation 5 exclusives... (*also on PC, adds Kojima). After that addition, Kaz turns away and faces his underling Nathan Drake to point out how nice of an office this is, but he's heard there was an arson epidemic in Coolsville, and it'd be a shame if it crossed over to here, in fact, if he had to relocate because of a causality like that, Kaz wonders if his Hollywood A-List friends perhaps wouldn't be so keen to continue working with him from a "less prestigious" location, and Kratos agrees as much. As Kojima stands silent, Kaz puts down that there'll be no asterisks this time, it'll PlayStation 5, full exclusivity, and... the contract to be signed. Kojima does as he says, and the group leaves the Kojima Productions' premises.
Japan is all but under their control, Sindria is in their back pocket almost. The Dragon of Kojima' incarceration couldn't have been more serendipitous, and with the work Ricky Bobby's been putting in TFR, even Coolsville has begun to feel their tendrils. Drake foolishly questions how they are gonna sell more PlayStations without, no offense to Mr. Kojima, games, but Hirai explains that in this time and age "games" are for children, what they sell is cinematic experiences, but it doesn't really matter what they are called. Once they successfully monopolize the console market, outlawing keyboards and the threat of PC, in the same breath they'll replace the keyboard black market with Illegal DualShocks... gamers'll have no choice but consume what they're told. Kratos can see clearly the vision of a world where $599 is the norm, but Hirai corrects his mistaken friend for his vision isn't grandiose enough: A new era is dawning, in their brave new world, the PlayStation 6 will have a market retail value starting at...
Episode 12
Loud booming noises come out of the Nocturnal D.A. submarine, and Kasuga Ichiban & Yakou Furio come scurrying out as it sinks. Outside, awaiting for them is Freddy Francesco, who says after they messed with the wrong people, now he's become rich enough to buy ONE PS5, TWO games, and THEIR DEMISE! Especially, because the two games he bought forged him a powerful alliance: Nathan Drake & Kratos are there to make sure their vision of a world with only the cream of the crop can afford the PS6. As Sony will be the only left standing, Francesco adds it will create temptation in the lower classes, and be forced to accept their expensive loan plans.
Yakou is completely distraught. They took everything from him... his submarine... his agency and HOME... over that? But Ichiban shouts the two most important things still remain: his life, and his friends, and as long as those are in place, one can bounce from rock-bottom... and he's here to catch him on the way. On the distance, Ichiban spots Waka, who says she suddenly caught herself wandering during the night for some reason, and the loud explosion shook her awake so she came runnin'. If he's done, Francesco says annoyed, then it's time to take them out.
Impossible... he's rich... so how could Francesco lose twice? Ichiban says money can't buy friends that give their all to fight for each other, but Francesco shouts it's ALL LIES! But... luckily the Sindrian Peacekeepers are coming, so Francesco and his crew pulls out.
