Kaidou Shun

From The Final Rumble Wiki
Jump to navigation Jump to search

A character from Saiki Kusuo no Sainan.

Also rose to a high popularity that makes him comparable to being BCW's Battler.

Judgement Knights Of[edit | edit source]

Thunder

The "Jet-Black Wings", the lone anti-hero who has has committed his life to fighting The Dark Reunion, a secretive group that controls the actions of all his enemies. They seek power of the demon sealed within his right arm, "Black Pete", to destroy the unworthy humans, but Kaidou uses it's power to fight against and eventually defeat The Black Reunion. Sometimes, he even has to hold back his power by sealing his left eye as well, but such a controlled state makes him even stronger.

Needless to say, he's a tremendous chuunibyou.

The Darkweb Rumble[edit | edit source]

Decided to prove his might, he joins The Dark Web Rumble, a most notable secretive group that will likely aid him in his fight against the enemies of justice, and will not give up until he proves his power is very real.

Episode 3[edit | edit source]

Kaidou proves his might by winning the Literal Who title from an 8-am elimination, besting 8 opponents who some were likely infiltrates of The Dark Reunion, with a final showdown against the hero of India, Rakesh.

Episode 4[edit | edit source]

His title is lost after an encounter with a likely member of The Dark Reunion, a skeletal being whose strength is too much for Kaidou who is not willing to unleash his full power just yet.

Episode 6[edit | edit source]

The video that single-handedly put Kaidou over.

In a tables match, he puts an incredible performance to demonstrate his might as a Judgement Knight in which, despite losing, he managed to put himself over the audience.

TFR/Season 7[edit | edit source]

As it's said to be run by beings of darkness, Kaidou infiltrates Bogdanoff Championship Wrestling by "pretending" he's interested in keeping his contract, to keep an eye on the one who most likely align with evil...

Episode 3/BCW[edit | edit source]

Gashu starts harrassing Rakesh Kumar Orton for being a "Non-Detective", stopping him from reaching his match and forcing him to fight. Kaidou interjects in for preying on the weak and challenges Gashu, which allows Rakesh to flee to his match.

Kaidou manages to defeat Gashu and prove his worth as non-detective, but has to unseal his deadly secret technique in the process.

Episode 4/BCW[edit | edit source]

When he hears the news that his friend Rakesh has gone missing announced by the Sonozaki, and everyone's apparent uninterest, Kaidou swears he will find Kaidou, no matter if he has to take on the entire Dark Reunion organization by himself, for the sake of his friend.

Episode 5/BCW[edit | edit source]

Kaidou, figuring that the Sonozaki are behind these freak accidents and disappearances, goes to face them directly.

He can barely manage to keep up with the both of them by himself, and when they see an opening, Shion uses her bracer knuckles stun gun.

When he is down in the floor, Rakesh appears seemingly as if to save him, but instead, lifting up a chair, Rakesh brutally hits and hits and hits and hits and hits him, and finally closes the steel chair on his neck, breaking his windpipe and sending him to the hospital. All for the sin of daring to see him as weak and trying to help him, he was punished.

Episode 7/BCW[edit | edit source]

Kaidou recovers in the hospital, and finds himself next to Nero and Ippo.

Episode 8/BCW[edit | edit source]

Rakesh challenges Kaidou to a match to end him for good, but Kaidou willingly shows up to try and free Rakesh from himself or whatever influence has changed him from his way.

With his throat damaged still, Kaidou manages to defeat Rakesh back for what he did.

Episode 9[edit | edit source]

Kaidou gets ready to defend BCW with all his might, to put such a performance no wrestler will dare to go against BCW ever again. Rakesh walks in before Kaidou can leave and apologizes and leaves.

After his champion match is stolen by an atom, his match is against a man with a not-so-good track record, but apparently worthy enough to be the company's #2 draft pick, someone in which Kaidou senses both good and evil within... Ushiromiya Battler. However, despite all his training and his power, Battler is just relentless in this finale tournament and doesn't allow Kaidou to score even a single point.

TFR/Off-Season 8[edit | edit source]

Episode 31

Participates in the Beat The Clock challenge and is the loser of the fastest match.

The Extinct Light[edit | edit source]

After having his career nearly ended at TFR, Kaidou has moved into the much more prestigious Amakusa Elite Wrestling, which will no doubt aid him in his efforts to fight The Dark Reunion as it may pose as a standard wrestling show, but might in fact be a secret organization bent on keeping the world safe...

Episode 1

Kaidou and Rakesh have come to terms with each other now and have united to prove what they were lacking individually before joining AEW.

Episode 2

Rakesh tells him all about them videogames that he loves.

Episode 4

Fights with Rakesh in ZOOM's Twitch.tv title eliminator match.

Episode 7

Answers Chaud's open challenge.

Loses the two times but match goes on due to technicalities. Then loses the third.

TFR/Off-Season 9[edit | edit source]

Episode 2

Two wrestlers who showed promised got a shot at Rance's title, and while Kaidou put the most effort, Travis was ultimately the one to obtain it.

TFR/Season 8[edit | edit source]

Kaidou continues to rise from the ashes like the mystical flame bird of legend, after defeating the mighty emblem of the company, Nero, utilizing the power of darkness he obtained from his fall from grace.

Episode 2

Nero comes out to the ring to, once again, ask: So... what does the audience want to talk about? First of all, last week's match must've surprised everyone, when avid up-and-comer Battler seized the opportunity and defeated his father Vergil. Nero ran into that ring in fact, and was able to determine the passion when being face-to-face to that young wrestler, the heart and determination. But he could also sense the one thing stopping him from breaking that glass ceiling, grabbing the brass ring, and making it to the next level here... he's been trying to get rid of it, giving his best, but it's not enough. But will AEW let potential like that go to waste? The answer is obvious, and he'll even do what Wright failed to do with his "Mystery Masters", because he'll create his own, the "Elite Enigmas", but instead of letting them fail, he'll provide them proper guidance as a true role model, and sure as hell won't betray them or anyone in this company! And to prove they're being reborn in this company, the third member alongside Battler and Nero himself will be... Kaidou Shun. This way, Battler will atone for his sin against all those that joined forces to defeat TFR.

Battler and Kaidou are put against the very champions, and Nero behind them gets the first row seat to witness the future of the business born from the sinful past. Both young competitors do their absolute best and save each other many times, but in the end they can't defeat the reigning top brass.

Episode 3

What Nero saw last week from Battler and Kaidou was good, taking the champions to their limits, but still there's chemistry to be improved. First of all... Battler has to say sorry. Battler is confused until Nero explains he has to apologize for "burying" Kaidou before any real growth can be made; Battler hastily apologizes for his "bad one" that time, but Kaidou cares not for the past, but for "you" in the present and who you'll be in the future, as long he's at his side helping to take down the Dark Reunion and their puppets in the fed, it's all good! Battler gets all fired up and says to aim for the top together, so Nero proposes to bond together with a videogame tournament. Battler accepts and Kaidou declares their battle "shall decide the fate of the world", so they follow Nero to his tour bus to play halo.

But... from the corner, Rakesh wonders... why didn't Kaidou invite him...?

Episode 4

Ever since Rakesh was little, life was never easy. He struggled in the Indian wrestling scene, which itself struggled as evil corporations took down their videos. But they prevailed because they had a dream to make it big, and that's why they came to Coolsville; The Rohit, Chris Vinay, Big Knife Manju, Big Himang, Great Shiva, all full of talent and part of his family. And yet, he's the only one left, the one tasked with carrying not only their dreams, but 1.4 billion dreams, so of course it isn't an easy task. But someone had to redeem it. He had to grow, he had to give it his all in BCW, he had to take a ruthless approach to take the spotlight, and did things he's not proud of to become a champion. And that's when he realized, it was all empty, after attacking the one person who believed in him—Kaidou—he still believed, he still forgave him, and Rakesh felt like things mattered again. They both made it into AEW and made up, the happy days felt like could continue forever... but then he distanced himself, got into a fancy stable, and forgot. Some people have called him "The Indian Cobra", well today the snake came out and bit his new buddy, because of one single thing, one single question he wants answered: "Are you my friend...?", hopefully he can prove it... Sir.

Episode 5

All of a sudden, it's Battler's last AEW show... Nero can't believe it, and Kaidou thinks it must be a Dark Reunion schemes to separate the Elite Enigmas just when unlocking their true potential. Even if he doesn't know how long he'll be gone, Nero believes he'll still have a spot once he's back, and Kaidou thinks he'll even get to make a name for himself in Japan to return to even grander appeal. Nero then has the perfect idea: on the Saihara Shuichi Memorial Show, a blaze of glory to send him off, the rematch that will fix the mistakes of the past! Battler certainly knows why they say Nero has such a great business-oriented mind, and maybe he still owes that much to Kaidou, but instead of 'reparations' Kaidou just wants the Jet Black Wings to shine one last time with the other Elite Enigma! ...Nero subtly coughs a plead to let Kaidou go over, before quickly taking back having said anything and pushing Battler to hurry to his match.

Episode 6

To make wrestling better, first one needs to change the world around them. That's what Nero believes, even after everyone's saddened by the way Battler suddenly left (and he didn't put Kaidou over on his way), but since he doesn't like using "the show must go on", Nero just straight says that they'll have a triple threat match where the winner will have the privilege of joining the stable under his mentorship!

And that person turns out to be... Tim.

Episode 7

Kaidou had asked Nero for Rakesh to be included in the Elite Enigmas' match... but Rakesh didn't appreciate it. That RKO he gave him during Kaidou's last match was a wake up call, because next week at the Captain Soap Memorial Show, they'll meet in the ring, and if he can't prove his feelings there, fighting at his best and giving his all like he never did before, he can't prove them at all.

Episode 8

In a match to decide the existence of their connection, Kaidou and Rakesh stood equal until the very last minute, when Kaidou got the decisive pinfall.

Episode 9.1

Amakusa can't believe both how great it is to be here tonight at AEW and that they are are throwing him a birthday party, could never see it coming! Chaud, Burnside, Maxis, J.Witcher, all sing happy birthday to Juuza. He TRULY can't believe all his friends here at All Friends Wrestling are acknowledging it... Nero even brought cake with all his... favorite ingredients, which Juuza can't wait to sniff later. But first and foremost they're here to make friends and put on BANGERS (despite the hard-cam side), and more importantly fighting against the smear campaign! Kaidou gets right down to it, tweeting "This company is the reason I rose back up after what I thought would be the end of my career #ThankYouAEW", so Amakuza gives him 2000 bonus dollars. Maxis jumps in after hearing the number to tell all his friends "how this is a great work environment #ThankYouAEW", then ZOOM sends that the company is the only place "BIPOC and LGBQTITITJGJIAGJKSEJG+ folx can feel welcomed and safe in #ThankYouAEW", and of course Rakesh gets to post about his fellow indians with how "nowhere else could a good sir watch his favourite lets players while waiting for his next BANGER backstage #ThankYouAEW". Amakusa himself says there's "Lots of bonuses to hands out tonight haha thank you for #StandingUpForAEW", thanking the SOUL and HEART of the business for running out the toxicity. HUNK himself says "Mmmmmm... Contract bonuses? Badd ass. Just like AEW #ThankYouAEW.", then immediately asks Juuza for his money and calls him a mark, who replies he'll add it to his account later. Before starting the show, Amakusa says that of course he's not afraid to surpass Donte vs. Vorgin... because every match in the card will be better since they're so DAMN good, LET'S FUCKING GO!

Episode 10

During his entrance, Kaidou was attacked by a mysterious masked figure known as "The Devil", which had to be dragged away by security. At the end of the match, it appeared again, and Kaidou and him came to blows until security dragged him off.

Episode 11

Kaidou challenged the Devil who attacked him, but his two minions came out instead... yet he still had his title usurped legally.

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • Gigadimes entrance
    • His character songs tell the story of The Jet-Black Wings: his origins as an assassin, firing his pistol and assassinating God during a dark night. The assassin then fell from the heavens as a demon, realizing the grave mistake he made, and stood before the "bloody moon" as a lost sheep, expressing his deep regret. He would then search for a "savior" so that he could redeem himself for his mistakes and sins before "fate would be cut like a Mobius strip", however that is cut short with the weather becoming cloudy and with a group of enemies arriving before him, and he thus unsheathes his swords. He makes short work of the enemies, despite his wings beings stained with dark matter, however one enemy managed to cut his shoulder and carve a seal on him. After the fight and after grief and sorrow, The Jet-Black Wings took a rest while a quiet roar "resounded". What was once just a codename instead became a nightmare for eternity. The assassin would later on reform himself as a hero struck by lightning, casting a Magic Spell to open the door of miracles, after which, at the ruins, he grasps tightly his bloody fist and releases his memories deep with sins and desires to the heavens, dedicating a prayer as he jumps between dimensions and exchanging fate with the strongest skills as he attacks and breaks his enemies. This hero would be known later on as The Jet-Black Wings, who would be commended by his status as a legendary and merciful hero, and would also be known as a hero of rebellion. Near his fated end, he invites a person, presumed to be his "lover", to dance with him and unleash their powers in the darkness of the night, after which he will soar to the skies to hunt down and defeat the Dark Reunion by himself, unleashing his sealed powers and lighting the fires of fate to exact justice forever and ultimately save the future.
