Was kicked from 2ch for making half the boards pay-to-access and gradually making the site worse with paid bullshit, rumors have it he also sold the users' data. He just heard of a western 2ch clone, tough "how different could it be?" and just up and bought it, but as it turns out, culture on western imageboards is much different and more aggressive, so the poor little nip just does whatever while he lets the (((mods))) have free reigns on the site.
Has claimed several times to not understand English, but has surprising well understanding compared to his poor writing. Hmmm...
Tried to actually """engage""" with the community with the brilliant idea of making a (marketable) 4chan Virtual Youtuber to do shit, and mods totally didn't rig it against the most lewder designs for those purposes, but as soon as the voting finished he just never posted again so who knows what the fuck he plans to use it with, if even at all.

With Rumble-17 making 4chan nothing but bickering about Law vs. Chaos on every board, Hiro saw an opportunity to take all the users' data and give it to the BANS Army. But first, he'll have to survive if he wants to sellout to the so called Mr. BANS.
