"This is war, survival is your responsibility." ― HUNK

HUNK, the Grim Reaper. The unstoppable force AND the immovable object.

The Mercenary of Death[edit | edit source]

HUNK is a commando hired by the Umbrella Corporation. A man of action rather than words; not even his comrades know his real name and only refer to him as 'HUNK'. His operating skills earned him the nickname "The Grim Reaper". Umbrella's mission for HUNK was to extract samples of the G-Virus from a laboratory in Raccoon City. However, Chief Scientist Birkin refused to go down without a fight, resulting in his termination. Near death, Birkin injected the G-Virus into himself and mutated into a monstrosity. HUNK and his team were able to collect samples of the virus. However, en route to their extraction point, the mutated Birkin proceeded to ambush and decimate HUNK's squad, leaving HUNK the sole survivor. The confrontation left some of the virus samples broken, mutating the local wildlife and leading to the outbreak in Raccoon City. Using his superior skills, HUNK was able to survive and make it to the extraction point successfully with the virus samples in hand, and he cheated death once again.

TFR/Season 1[edit | edit source]

HUNK was sent into TFR in a mission by HQ to recover The Case. However, he found himself in yet another war without clear extraction point, and he would have to survive.

Episode 2

In his very debut match, HUNK defeat three other opponents to establish his presence.

Next, he went for the /v/ title, but the title was stolen by, quite literally, A LITERAL FUCKING WHO, who probably works for The Bogs. He was asked as a special favor to just take the title off him.

Thus, on his very first night he becomes the absolute champion of /v/.

Episode 4

When HUNK contacts Nighthawk for info on his extraction, he only hears "Bonjour" "Spy" "Briefcase" "Sminem". Without any clue, he ignores the strange message, as it is his responsibility to survive as always.

While making his way to the "Extraction Point", his path is blocked by several the bog agents...

Later on his match with Senator Armstrong, something about him isn't quite right...

Episode 5

As Sminem theorizes, the "HUNK" that fought Armstrong must be a fake one, and the real one must be held captive.

Indeed, it was Donte the one under the suit.

Episode 6[edit | edit source]

Ushiromiya Battler's lead on HUNK's location proves to be correct, and Umbrella sends to elite agents from HUNK's squad to rescue him. But when the rescue team arrived, he had already half done the job himself.

Now to get revenge, his allies accompany him to the ring into the fight with Armstrong to recover the title he never really lost. And the grim reaper recovers what is his.

Episode 8[edit | edit source]

HUNK agrees to fight for TFR after being saved, putting his title on the line. Having to fight not only a senator but a mad dog, HUNK managed to win and help defend against the Bog Takeover.

TFR/Season 2[edit | edit source]

Armstrong and Majima play a friendly game of Golf, while HUNK takes notes.
"My extraction point!" ― HUNK

With the mission over, HUNK decides to stay on TFR as he holds the title and his boss Wesker is close as well.

Episode 2

HUNK agreeds to represent /v/ on the King of the Ring Board Tournament, and takes out the qualifier opponent twink in a mere 46 seconds.

Episode 3

HUNK defeats Gun Jesus in the quarterfinals of the tournament.

After some time, he even had to go after his own boss, Albert Wesker, and satisfactorily beat him even when he was once supposed to be stronger than him.

Episode 4[edit | edit source]

Upon defeating his former boss, he noticed he had just become no more than a common mercenary and decided to leave TFR, also because they didn't pay him shit. For now this means in his entire career thus far he has never been pinned. TFR sends a "goodbye party" to him, but the remaining agents of his team intercept it in his honor.

Now a legendary mercenary, HUNK sells his services to the highest bidder. His career on The Final Rumble is perhaps one of most brutal ever witnessed. HUNK cares not for honor or pride; it's just another job for him.

Episode 7[edit | edit source]

In some VHS tame, HUNK is seen fighting a man in what appears to be Mexico.

Episode 8

In a different tape, he appears fighting a madman in what appears to be a Japanese ring.

Episode 10

In another tape, he fights some kid in what looks like a High School.

Episode 11

In yet another, dusty and with what looks to be blood stained VHS tape, HUNK fights a quite mysterious, but powerful opponent.

Episode 12

Non-Canon
Fights what appears to be the demonic remnant of Todd Howard.

TFR/Season 3[edit | edit source]

His legend follows him to the small, better paid rings where he fights for cold, hard cash and what little trace he leaves can only be found in recordings.

In his travels it seems HUNK (And his mercenary group) has gained CHiM as he can be seen in VHS tapes walking straight through solid matter, and tapes are found in time lapses when he shouldn't even be alive yet. Somehow, HUNK has become an Inter-Dimensional Mercenary that goes around universes fulfilling bounties. Or at least those are the rumors.

Episode 6[edit | edit source]

Fights a very resilient stuntsman in a Jackass VHS tape, visibly struggling to defeat someone so resistant.

Episode 8

Somehow he acquired The Focusing Stone that Richtofen was supposed to have, and invaded the Rokkenjima where Battler and friends were trapped (Something only a truly strong being could do).

After a match with Battler for the Stone, he was offered the Ushiromiya's gold by mystery contributor for giving the stone to Battler, and just as he had come he left.

TCR/Season 1[edit | edit source]

Appeared to obtain the dicksucker for a contract.

TFR/Season 4[edit | edit source]

HUNK was contracted back to Coolsville by an unknown client to defeat the elusive crashing beast, Big Show.

Episode 1[edit | edit source]

remember what they took from you
However after the match, he was scouted by Kojima for his legendary status, and offered a GREAT amount of money (In the form of an empty signed check).

Episode 4

Due to Kojima rewriting the universe to his whims and using the wrestlers' lives as nothing but pawns, riots began in The Locker Room. HUNK was sent in to dissolve them, but a champion stood out for TFR: Senator Armstrong.

In perhaps one of the matches where two of the strongest forces clashed, HUNK was finally defeated 1-3 by Senator Armstrong.

Episode 5

It was Kojima who had planned this all along, to make it seem like Armstrong was a good guy. What a mischievous tactic.

Episode 9

Kojima decides that to be truly safe, he is going to upgrade HUNK into a true killing machine, so HUNK is taken to be transformed.

Episode 10

When TCR invades before The Final Impact, Kojima can't use HUNK since he's being prepared for his upgrade, and has to halt his construction and make all his workers quickly repair The Prototypes to fight of the invaders.

Episode 11[edit | edit source]

HUNK in the S4 finale

It was revealed that HUNK and Kojima had been in contract ever since he had fought Battler in Rokkenjima. He was his contractor then, and have been in cahoots ever since, with HUNK having two requisites for that fight: one was give Battler the stone no matter what, and the second was defeating him to get the highest paying contract in wrestling history. His flimsy fight against Big Show, his lost against Armstrong, it was all planned. And after Kojima was done teasing what was once Battler Ushiromiya, HUNK was ready to fight.

When the three agents of Sminem reformed once again, it had come the time for the final confrontation for the destiny of both universe, and when Tohya was confronting Kojima's ideals, HUNK finally arrived. Greeting Tohya like an old friend, Tohya couldn't help but feeling some sort of connection to him.

"We meet again. As I said back then...
I didn't lose the first time around, and I'm not losing now. Prepare yourself. This is war.
" ― HUNK, upon meeting Tohya

However, it was not Tohya who was fighting HUNK, but what was left of Battler, as it seems his determination negated HUNK's magical and mechanical upgrades. HUNK never had a chance to win. Tohya burned bright in the ring and managed to defeat HUNK, much to Kojima's dismay.

TFR/Season 5[edit | edit source]

Somehow, HUNK was captured by La Parka II and put in the DEATH GAME.

Episode 1

A surprise Majority Vote was held, and he received 19 votes, being instantly executed.

TFR/Season 6[edit | edit source]

Somehow, has been revived and came back as Saint HUNK, raking up an impressive record of 6335 consecutive wins.

Episode 4

When the three kings decide it's time, they unleash their "secret weapon" as the rebels lay siege on TFR and rescues director Hideo from the rioters who managed to break into his office, taking him to the area of Project Rumble-17 with the rest of the chosen ones.

Episode 5

Twelve years into the future he's managed to rack up an impressive winstreak of 6335.

Episode 9

The hero of humanity graces the masses with one hell of a match against an unworthy pleb.

Episode 10

Then, he leaves into a mysterious journey, prompting the start of the Second Messiah Project.

Episode 17[edit | edit source]

Saint HUNK is deployed by it's god against the Resistance forces, and despite putting an almighty fight alone, the idol at last falls.

However, when victory is being celebrated, 4 new HUNKs descend forth for his god can make as many of them as they see fit, and as all hope is lost for the J.O.B Squad. Bevi, revealing he is Narushima Koga's brother, sacrifices himself forth so they can escape, single-handedly defeating all four HUNKs at the cost of his life.

TFR/Season 0[edit | edit source]

The legendary mercenary, Mr. Death himself, The Fourth Survivor, The Umbrella Badass, The Grim Reaper HUNK of Umbrella Security Service Alpha Team.

He's badddd to the bone.

Episode 1

Some poor soul walks into the reaper's den while he's sharpening his scythe... he doesn't know what's coming to him, good attitude but gotta be taught respect via 5 pure strikes per second.

Except it's a triple-threat including Rean Schwarzer as well.

Episode 3

Gives the badass of europe a reason to cry for mommy miranda.

Episode 8[edit | edit source]

Gregory Edgeworth allowed himself to be booked for what most wrestlers would consider a career death sentence: 2/3 falls against Mr. Death himself. Needless to say, the match was going poorly, HUNK was cleaning the floor with him and he had already been pinned once and received 2 finishers while barely kicking out of the last one. But this all changed when HUNK delivered a lethal injection of a pure strike directly into Edgeworth's nogger: the sheer force was enough to floor him and likely leave him concussed. After being out like a light in the mat for a good few seconds, it was like night and day. Right away Greg takes HUNK out and makes him bleed with a fucking headbutt, just after being KO'd from a head strike. Since then Greg started dominating HUNK, who was losing his patience and going all out, but Greg kept denying his offence when he had fallen to just a single finisher at the start of the match. In no time, Greg racked up 2 pins in the mere span of 2 minutes to end the match.

Episode 11

Crosses paths with a fiend who defeats and laughs at him. Mmmmmm not badass. Then gets counted out by a sturdy twink.

Episode 13

Ready to rescue Ada, Leon and Fred arrive at a dungeon (presumably under Hazz Tower), but other than a china-like smell, the place is empty. Standing guard over a cell is none other than Mr. Death himself, hired to guard this asian woman. Leon tries to show his moves to Ada, but the Umbrella Badass is simply too powerful. Luckily, his contract expires, and he's not gonna work for free, so he leaves.

Episode 14

Meanwhile, having learned of Hazz Maticus' true intentions, Leon Kennedy and Fred Jones inform Kiryu Kazuma's friends and along The Cagist, Date Kaname and Suou Katsuya arrive to the top of Coolsville Hills in an helicopter, just after Hazz is done explaining how he hid his past in his son, artificially aged himself, and faked his own death. Before Hazz can end Kiryu, Leon and Fred drop down and confront him, as Kiryu is taken away in the helicopter. Hazz's presidential guard of 4 S.W.A.T. Members challenges them, but, they are mowed down by the paranormal patrol, and at last Hazz fights them directly with the S.W.A.T. Captain. Despite all this power, his plan, his gun, and his complex old age, Hazz couldn't stop Leon and Fred from ending his reign and saving China, not only because they had apple juice and a dilapidated van, but comrades by their side; Kiryu Kazuma... Suou Katsuya... Date Kaname... Shoji Shingo... Majima Goro and his brother... Warden Osborne... Officer Joe... Osama bin Laden... Kasai Tatsuyoshi... Van Darkholme... The Cagist... Hanyuu... Extra... Vergil... Dante... HUNK... Zagreus... Ryback, Chris Masters, Sheamus... Narihisago Akihito... Zoomer... Tomitake Jirou... Hassan and Kojima... Chuck... and Gregory Edgeworth... all irreplaceable people whose bonds have carried them to defeat him.

Episode Extra

While the SWAT Captain is attempting to arrest Dan Schneider, HUNK intercepts him since Dan paid him a hefty fee, and moreso doesn't consider the SWAT badd ass... unless he cares to prove him wrong.

With the war against Amon Elite Wrestling nearing its end, a rumble is held to determine who will challenge the Amon's secret weapon.

TFR/Season 7[edit | edit source]

A mmmmighty baddass mercenary of incredible strength.

Episode 1

Despite HUNK's latest score, Sminem assures there's money to be made on him. However, when the match time comes, he meets Sminem and Wright since he has clients waiting, inquiring on the state of his match, which apparently Armstrong has disappeared. Since they aren't paying him enough to search for him, they better pay the bonuses for having a main event world title match, and Nighthawk is already waiting outside, so they better think fast. Just then, a worthy opponent shows up, and just like he promised, HUNK made quick work of him.

Episode 2
...A Royal Rumble match... To determine the #1 Contender to my World Title...

A match for a spot that wouldn't even be there, if Armstrong hadn't walked out.

I want to say Armstrong was too weak to face me, and that's why he ran away, but...

I know exactly how he feels. In my field of work, too, it's not always that you get jobs that pay well.

Sometimes you just want to cancel your plans and move on to the next one.

...But once I sign up for a mission, I don't stop until it is completed.

And that's how I got here. That's how I became number one in this industry.

But my objective this time around, it's not only to defend this title. It's not only to stay at the top of the mountain.

My mission... Is to take down BCW.

So, whoever challenges for this title next, you better keep this in mind:

You're standing between me and my goal...

And the Grim Reaper always harvests every soul in his path.
Episode 3

HUNK gives Wright the finger poke of doom.

Episode 4

After such a waste of time and image, HUNK storms out of the building to do more valuable stuff like missions.

Episode 6

Sminem managed to negotiate stuff out with HUNK.

Episode 7

When Bolo Reynolds goes off the script, he expects him at Wrestler's Court.

Eren and HUNK realize they are both surviving in a war, and both have become monsters for it.
Eren
Then... You and I are the same.
I think... We were born this way.
HUNK
You mean...
Eren
I just keep moving forward...
HUNK & Eren
Until my enemies are destroyed.

Episode 27

After defeating Rando, Payne moves to another main eventer: HUNK. Payne was determined to defeat however many beasts of the ring to get the title, and so he had scouted HUNK and used the Extreme Rules to his advantage by blocking his Extraction Kicks with a ladder. After that, it was just a matter of time, and after 3 Bullet Time resisted, the 4th did him in.

Episode 55

HUNK and Leon where tasked with stopping this fat son of a pasta from reaching Pegasus... but the future refused to change.

The Extinct Light[edit | edit source]

HUNK continues to "train" Extra on being badd ass like himself.

Episode 1

After being annoyed by a call offering "improved work conditions" that didn't work for him (brother), HUNK chastises Extra for arriving almost late after working his second job (being a security janny) and tells him he's gotta know his value if he ever hopes to be worth as much as the grim reaper. Extra meanwhile is extremely excited to prove he can make it as a wrestler thanks to HUNK's help and wants both of them to go ask for a raise together, but HUNK already beat him to the punch (by himself). Cutting the small talk, HUNK asks him for his "Extraction", which Extra claims to have left in perfect shape with the engine already running. Now that's truly badass.

Extra meanwhile had prepared a small surprise for the upcoming match... he's got his very own mmmighty fearsome mercenary gas mask. Now nobody will want to mess with him

Episode 2

Mmmm you don't 3-count "The Grim Reaper" HUNK when he's about to kick out, that referee from his previous match did well in running away... but "One-Two-Tre" Extra is right there and ready for his disciplinary 5 Pure Strikes. With punishment out of the way, "Dungeon Master" Van Darkholme will pose a challenge even despite Extra having studied hundreds of videos on his "performance"; the Testicular Claw, the Doggyplex, and the 69 Driver... maybe with some "resistance practice" from HUNK administering those himself it could be done, but sadly he's not paid for that kind of work. And more importantly, he has real business to attend to.

Episode 5

Another title shot for the mercenary badass, and only the geeks stand in the way. Extra corrects him that they're "hacks" despite HUNK not asking, and gets reminded he better not miss his cue this time.

Considering he wasn't backstage last week, Extra wonders if everything is okay with HUNK, but the Umbrella Badass cares not if he quakes in his boots when he isn't around, and he'll need to prove he's bad to the bone all alone. The Grim Reaper needs but himself to be takin' souls and diggin' holes, and a mercenary's #1 priority must always be making sure to get paid what he deserves. When he understands this, Extra will move on from cleaning toilets (and only have 91 chores left per day on average).

But his chore right now... where's his extraction? For it's timmme to teach two geeks not to mess with them.

Episode 6[edit | edit source]

With just one step until having the titles, Extra's hopes of renegotiating a better contract have never been closer. But HUNK sees it differently, can't let mistakes go unpunished, and Extra didn't miss his cue just once but mmmmultiple times, but instead of just accepting punishment, Extra instead asks Mr. HUNK to deliver the pure strikes right before the match to get him fired up. Rarely has HUNK seen someone who is excited to get beat up as much as this one, but in the end of the day only the result counts as a mercenary (plus it reminds Extra of his other sought-for career). Red then appears to call out Extra about slacking backstage instead of cleaning her metal CDs, but HUNK blows away her "new attitude" by telling her she's not bad to the bone enough to pull it off, and to not waste The Grim Reaper's time when he has other souls to take. Turning around to take her leave, HUNK tells her to bring a bottle of Jack before barging in next time, and she scurries off while yelling of what will await Extra when he gets home. Astonished at such actions, Extra can barely utter words before HUNK tells him to stand up for himself like a true mercenary if he wants to leave Mr. Death's shadow.
I'll do it. I promise. I'll become someone you can be proud of! I'll even be able to stand side-by-side with you one day!
With that out of the way, Extra leaves to get the extraction. Little does he know that his dreams of standing next to the Mercenary of Death are nil... but instead he'll have to prove everyone that he can take his place. That's what The Grim Reaper's wish is to see.

Episode 7[edit | edit source]

HUNK isn't showing up to work today at TFR... or any other day, for that matter, because his contract expired last week. TFR simply couldn't afford it anymore, and a mercenary always must get part his worth for the job.

That same night, the latest, biggest signing in AEW history announced by Amakusa Juuza himself... is no one else than HUNK there to reunite with his U.S.S. BROTHERS!

Now that he's back, he'll need to fight their latest ally, Captain Soap, to find out who will accompany them into Trios matches.

But there are rumors that he's still not truly happy with his conditions...

Episode 1

Some B.O.W. who leaked bugs from behind tries to end him in an un-badass fashion so HUNK shows him what a Dark Mercenary like him is all about.

Episode 2

Lets a hopeguy go over him to put the kid over.

Brock Lesnar The Time Janny
Note: At 16:44, Brock Lesnar invaded the match to distract Tohya. However, HUNK couldn't get close to him in time to take advantage of the defenceless amnesiac.

Instead of leaving, Brock stays in the match. At 15:17, he decides to leave the ringside and ENTER the ring. The first thing he does is getting hit by HUNK on his way to Tohya, then brutalizing the ref.

At that moment he starts hitting HUNK. When the ref gets up, he penalizes Tohya... but Brock refuses to leave. He keeps hitting both wrestlers, scoring penalties against the ones he is trying to help, and switching sides periodically.

At 02:58, Tohya also sends him flying with the purest of strikes the likes which has never been seen before.

However, the game counted all penalties against HUNK so Tohya won by a landslide of 53 points (LOL).

Trivia[edit | edit source]

  • OP only paid HUNK seven dollars, what a cheapstake
  • HUNK stands for Human Unit Never Killed. No it doesn't. Maybe it does. I don't know. Can you repeat the question?
    • NOW it doesn't.
  • The VHS tapes found by TFR may mean this isn't all we've seen from HUNK
    • It is believed Demon King Todd's power might already be influencing reality, as HUNK is seen going through solid matter and floating in the VHS tapes found by TFR
    • This is supported by the fact that HUNK fucking noclipped into a high school gym in the High School VHS Tape
    • This may have something to do with Mr. Bones, as HUNK has a knack for being the only survivor of everything he goes through, and he is called the Grim Reaper for a reason. Alongside that, the noclipping persists even after Todd was defeated, meaning some outside force may be powering him to make him stronger.
      • It is also possible HUNK left TFR not for his conflict with OP, but of his own in order to acquire more power, as he is seen no-clipping in the VHS even long after Todd and Chris' defeats.
  • I shoot hate HUNKfags shitting up chat 24/7, all they do is fucking whine about how cool HUNK is and bitch and moan whenever he loses. All his matches are just "MMMM BADASS PURE STRIKES" OP should delete JUNK after having him get blacked by Dwight so all the stupid HUNK marks cry and shit their pants and try to get rid of Battler who's actually dimes and kino
  • HUNKBROS THIS IS WAR... KNOW YOUR ENEMY... VOTE TOHYA...
