CwCville was a city made by Chris-Chan to pleasure himself within the alternate dimension known as C-197. During it's existence, CwCville had many inhabitants, such as BILLY MAYS, Bob McKendrick, Vladimir Putin, and Brendan Fraser, who had his tenure as CwCville's mayor.
After the death of Chris-Chan by the hands of a certain non-believer, CwCville was presumably destroyed by it's loss of god, thus freeing Brendan Fraser from his torture as the mayor.
