Originally from Puerto Rico, Hivers discovered early in life that making people laugh was a good way to earn trust and friendship. As time went by, his practical jokes became more physical in nature, and often involved the complete humiliation of his target. When he discovered explosives could play a key role in his unique sense of humor, his future path became clear. The irresistible lure of military grade explosives saw him join the army and channel his tendencies into a career. However, he still had not learned restraint, resulting in a dishonorable discharge which was just one step away from a court martial.
BELTWAY lacks any sense of compassion and realized his special talents were a perfect fit for the U.S.S.; as long as he is able to be kept on a short leash.

An explosion-addicted certified badass who's not afraid of comedy, he's the perfect fit for Amakusa Elite Wrestling.
He debuted in AEW Rampage and won the AEW Black History Month belt.
Episode 8
During HUNK's match against Zag "5'0" Reus, BELTWAY interfered for a fulminating USSPIKE, leading HUNK to an easy victory.
After the match, HUNK announces the big dog is back in his yard and with reinforcements, this here BELTWAY is one of the baddest to the bone of them all and someone he likes to call his enforcer. If they saw their AEW Rampage return, there's a reason that they are the current AEW Trios champions, and it's because they're gonna run through every division in this company, as in each one there is few groups and even fewer deserving of the belts. So tonight, Mr. Death will pay tribute to Soap by reaping the souls of the "Workrate Squad", and escort their souls to the other side after they've paid their tribute in gold. BELTWAY chimes in to say how they'll FUCKIN KILL THEM like thy're FUCKIN' NUTHIN', SQUASH those SHITHEADS when they FEEL the power of the STRONGEST finisher in wrestling history because the USSPIKE will CRUSH their FUCKING THROATS... and that's why HUNK says they don't wanna mess with him.
And just as promised, they defeat and take the belts from the Workrate Squad with their combined might (except Ghost).
Episode 9.1
In the U.S.S. vs. AEW MALES match, both teams had special entrance themes composed and played live by Gas Chamber. The match itself was a powerful BANGER (shitshow).
Episode 10
The USS have a runback for the titles against AEW MALES, now with the full squad. The match becomes even more bizarre than last time and they still lose.
Episode 11
While facing Dante as his next ante... reality broke down, it all went too cuhrayzee for anyone to comprehend.
Episode 12
BELTWAY makes a special announcement through the AEW backstage entertainment zone screen directed at Masked Saihara:
