TFR

A character from Danganronpa V3.

Ultimate Adventurer[edit | edit source]

Amami lost his sisters around the world and embarked in an adventure to find them. He might have had to deal with some crazy game but luckily his twin brother sacrificed his life so he could escape.

Season 0 (original)[edit | edit source]

Had a long lasting feud with Saihara Shuichi.

Season 1[edit | edit source]

After a single match, disappears without a trace, never to be seen again.

Season 0[edit | edit source]

An adventurer with a penchant for travelling who is seeking his lost sisters. Works as a freelancer talent scout for TFR.

Episode 8

Amami is glad to see Wright back especially after all he went through to scout him in Japanifornia, although travelling has always been one of his fortes. Wright says it's all thanks to Sminem he's back, and Amami apologizes and leaves, but Wright can't help but remember when he received the terrible news...

Episode 9

Amami shows up at the infirmary after hearing a gunshot wondering what happened and is informed some chairs fell on Saihara, which Amami notes remembers seeing backstage. He also wonders about the guy bleeding outside but Wright tells him not to worry about it. Amami finds it suspicious that Wright and Saihara were near both victims of the attacks, before leaves for a meeting, and Wright wonders just what would Sminem do in his situation...

Episode 11

Wright decides to pursue Amami, although Saihara is concerned about going against their own, especially now that the city is in such a bad state since the president's demise being a big deal. Wright agrees...

Amami finally appears; he's been keeping track of "Sminem's dogs" since he believes he's behind the backstage incidents, and asks for Wright to tell the truth even it takes his life, for that strong is his desire to expose the truth. Amami however is surprised when Wright explains that if his objective is the truth, them and Sminem are their allies, and Vitalik the true enemy. Amami reveals everything he knows: everyone has been victims of something bigger than TFR, a match rigging scandal. Even Amami himself was forced to be part of it as TFR staff member, but he gathered evidence, and is ready to reveal it even if it kills TFR, even if it kills pro-wrestling!

Wright can't stand his words and slaps him, and teaches him to love wrestling the only way he can: with a match!

Amami finally understood again what it's like to wrestle outside of a script, and with a sight of relief now that he's sure they are not the ones cleaning up the evidence, he realizes what a mistake would've been to let it all go just because of his wounded heart.

Amami gathers all the evidence and is ready to hand it to Wright but–BONK–a steel-put ball lands on his head.

Episode 14

The now bandaged and recovered witnesses, Amami, Janny and Piccolo, step up as the prosecution presents its most finishing piece of evidence, years upon years of company records that help detail Vitalik's scheme with other parties such as the mafia and even the president, gathered by a staff member risking his own well-being—Amami Rantaro. It picks the judge's interest but hears the defense's rebuttal first: Zzzzsnore. The decision is clear and the evidence doesn't change anything, disappointing both Sminem's team and the witnesses, as they've met with a move worthy of an Ultimate Lawyer.

With time at its limit, Edgeworth desperately looks for the missing piece to the puzzle that is such an impenetrable defense. his assistant Therapist affirms he must be on the right track, the defense's posture can only mean one thing, and that's that it's bluffing. If he can pinpoint his confidence's source, he can defeat it, and that's when Edgeworth notices it by using his father's glasses, his achilles' heel: his perfect bald. By distracting the judge by way of retreading on his father's lengthy medical records, he also annoys the defense into going into a rant, and uses the opportunity to steal Payne's wig and throw it onto 47's head; instantly, his focus, confidence and charisma are crushed before he can stop talking.
Because, like the legend he is, the Judge... Judge NEVER DREW A DIME!
A pure strike is delivered, and the judge finally sees through the defense's lies, sentencing the attorney to wrestler's court after the trial is over. In light of these events, the verdict is set, and the court declares TheFinalRumble... GUILTY. But Vitalik's conviction would come with a price, as TFR is closed down... for a while at least, until the place is confirmed free of corruption (and delivers 100000 bottles of jack to court). Additionally, the TFR title will be permanently retired, as well as all other titles vacated, but it was all a calculated part of the risk; as Sminem puts it, roster members will leave for indies or maybe nowhere and budget will go down, but wrestling will survive, and they'll be back sooner than they know it... with the trial over, all that's left is looking ahead.

The Dark Web Rumble[edit | edit source]

After recovering from his wound, wakes up to find TFR closed down and now scouts for TDKR.

Episode 6[edit | edit source]

Participates in a tables match and puts a few shot put balls here and there.

Season 7[edit | edit source]

Now that he's in Bogdanoff Championship Wrestling, he wonders if he could find those sisters of his.

Episode 1[edit | edit source]

After the mysterious murder of Deid Mann, The Bogdanoffs put together a group to investigate it. As they call Beatrice, she meets up with Amami Rantaro and Apollo Justice, together making "The Bystery Busters"

Episode 2[edit | edit source]

They organize a conference to inform everyone about the status of their investigation.

Apollo opens up by stating the Three Syndicates that run behind the scenes around wrestling:

Mafia City who distributes "daily doses", The Sonozaki Family which is a strong political group, and finally an unknown family known for it's blood thirst.

Amami ends the meeting with a warning: They're ending this murder case, so don't do anything unnecessary.

Episode 3[edit | edit source]

Apollo is distraught that no one is taking the case seriously, as if nobody cared he died like it was a curse that must not be mentioned.

Amami tells him to calm down, and shares his same thought as Beatrice, who uses the red for truth:
The easiest escape route for the culprit would have been the vents.
It would also get them the furthest away from the scene, as quick as possible.

Apollo tries to look into the vents, but Amami stops him saying that they are gonna END this murder case. They don't need to know the culprit is yet.

He puts a shot put ball in the vents and claims that if he's still lurking, they'll hear when the ball hits him.

Episode 4[edit | edit source]

They fight the CIA glow in the darks for clues.

Episode 5[edit | edit source]

The Bystery Busters are drafted to The Final Rumble.

Apollo is disappointed in this, especially that they weren't unable to accomplish anything, but Amami and Beato just say the truth that no detective currently in BCW cares about the case. Amami adds that they probably do care about the rewards, and hopes that someone may eventually solve it.

Apollo is irritated and even says that he was suspecting Micah Bell due to him being affiliated with neither brand yet attacking people backstage. Amami just tells him he's reaching, but Beato just retorts that a manslaughter would make for too lame a mystery. Still, Apollo hopes they can meet that guy in TFR.

Episode 6[edit | edit source]

Amami checks on Apollo to see if he got attacked after hearing him talking alone, but Apollo sways it away. Beato thinks it a shame his body wasn't found as closed room murder.

Episode 6[edit | edit source]

Amami wanted to ambush Saihara and entered a vent. However, he found himself lost. After being lost for long enough, he started to document the vents in detail, and eventually found a way back home, but he lost his research notes on the way and decided it would be a waste not to take them with him. Thus he began searching...

After Saihara Shuichi wanders into The Vents, he encounters the original Rantaro from the previous universe. Saihara asks him to explain how the vents works, but before he can say more than where to go, a metal ball falls on his head, killing the original Rantaro.

Episode 8[edit | edit source]

Apollo and Amami prepare for their match when they are unable to find Beatrice. They find a mysterious letter with a golden eagle logo ahaha.wav but it is blank. What a mystery.

Episode 9[edit | edit source]

The Gas Chamber and Bystery Busters get ready for their match, with Beato and Dumbledore debating about magic, Garithos gets angry about the non-human witch, and Cronos berates Apollo for being a slicker slacker; Amami decides he will end this tag team match while their guard is down. And he does.

Off-Season 8[edit | edit source]

Episode 36: Rokkenjimania IV

Leon Kennedy, after wandering the vents, somehow ends up in a Sinless World. While in there, he is observed by Amami Rantaro, who recognized his origin, and stated they were both the same. As he explained, they didn't belong to this world, they're strangers surrounded by people who they don't know even if they look familiar. But they must adapt to survive, as beings that came from the vents. Those vents... their true power is unknown... but they can connect, and transport people to somewhere else, different worlds, times, or universes, their true nature is unknowable. But such truth is impossible to accept by those who can't experience it. Don't question this world, don't question your life, as here, you're nothing but an imposter. In the blink of an eye, Amami disappeared out of sight as suddenly as he appeared, leaving Leon to resign to his fate alone.
